Came to this company looking for help with what I believed were unauthorized charges appearing on my credit card. Instead of assisting, they basically ignored me. Those charges were definitely coming from them but they acted like it wasn't their responsibility at all.

Right before checking out I noticed the discounts weren't being applied and the total was the full price. I used their chat to ask for help and the representative was rude and dismissive, refusing to help and ending the conversation immediately so I couldn't even respond. I'll be spending my money somewhere else.

The people working customer service are some of the most unhelpful I've encountered, their guarantee is worthless, and they'll try to trick you into paying for a membership club that's completely useless. I ordered a brand new jacket and it came with a big red dye mark on the front. That's when I realized their guarantee means absolutely nothing. Look at all the complaints here and you'll understand. If you don't believe it, just order something and learn the hard way.

With subzero temperatures arriving in the region, I don't worry because good clothing makes all the difference. Original retail was well over $120 but pricing here is $99 regular or $89 membership, way better than other sites asking $120 and tax. Would love to see shorter versions released. If you need boots grab them before they're gone.

These new ones are solid full grain leather, waterproof and breathable looking good too. Since I'm retired now they'll probably last forever without getting beat up. The fit is spot on and the front has a nice rounded shape that doesn't make them look clunky. We had freezing weather hit recently and honestly it doesn't bother me when you have the right gear. These boots sold for over $120 anywhere else but this place had them at $99 for non members and $89 for members. Even without membership that's a killer price compared to online competitors charging over $120 plus tax. Would be awesome if they made these in shorter heights too but it's not a dealbreaker. Grab a pair while they're available.

The deals here are terrible. Their discounted prices are usually only twenty bucks off the normal price everywhere else. There was one deal I actually wanted but it ran out of stock with an error message as I was trying to buy it which was super disappointing.
