I wish I could give this no stars. While the color selection is nice, the actual performance is pathetic, lasting maybe 5 minutes. I've tried tons of brands over the years and nothing feels like as much of a waste of money. The products feel cheap with barely any product inside, and the eyeliners and lip liners constantly snap in half before you can even use them. I'm completely done with this brand.

I messed up and entered the wrong delivery address when I checked out. The customer service team stepped in and was incredibly helpful fixing the problem. Really impressed with how they handled it. Great experience overall.

This stay all day liquid eyeliner is such a joke. It's incredibly difficult to apply because it's so dry, and the worst part is you can just wipe it off with your finger. Then it starts flaking all over your face throughout the day. I've bought better products at the pound shop. Total waste of money.

I sent them proof of the problem and now they're asking me to cover the shipping cost to return it, even though I already paid extra for expedited delivery and it still came late. They're not being fair about any of this.

The Stay All Day Eye Liner doesn't live up to its name. At this price point, it performs no better than drugstore eyeliners that cost way less per milliliter. For what you're paying, the formula dries out incredibly fast, sometimes within just a few days of opening.
