Got the eye lifting serum and was really looking forward to trying it, but it turned out to be disappointing. Once applied and dried it looks and feels like white craft glue that just peels off in little pieces and flakes. For the price they charge, it definitely doesn't deliver any real results on my skin.

Just a heads up to anyone thinking about trying the new facelift serum from Costco - skip it. I used it just three times and ended up with a horrible rash covering my face and neck. My skin became extremely dry, started peeling, and now I literally look like a reptile. It's shocking that something like this makes it past quality control and gets sold to customers. The damage has been so bad I need to see a dermatologist, which is going to cost me even more money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this product.

Used their customer service twice now and both times they've been super quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I'm actually surprised by all the negative reviews floating around but I notice a lot of people are complaining about the actual products rather than the service itself. The products honestly don't always work like most skincare stuff out there, but here's the thing - I got full refunds both times so it basically cost me nothing to test them out. At least this company actually honors their refund policy unlike a lot of other brands.

Pleasantly shocked by how helpful their customer service was. Ordered the Peptight neck serum roller from a special promotion and the product ended up being way too drying and irritating on my skin. After reading through other complaints I almost didn't bother trying to get a refund. But I called customer service and they responded to my concerns within minutes. The rep was kind and professional, processed my full refund right away including taxes, and even told me to keep the product as a gift. This whole experience totally turned around my impression of the company.

This whole product line is just marketing. There are so many versions and sellers out there it's confusing what you're actually buying. I picked up both the black and silver tubes and while the packaging matches what the ads show, the actual product is barely tinted. Sure it makes skin feel soft, but calling it makeup coverage is a stretch. We really need to stop falling for all the hype and look at what companies are really selling us.

Bought their undereye lifter for puffiness and expected it to actually work based on the brand's reputation. They advertise it works under and over makeup without leaving any white cast, but honestly none of that held true. Really let down by this one.

Bought their advanced retinol formula and found that it barely contains any actual retinol. Checked the ingredient label and while they use the words retinol on the packaging, there's no percentage listed anywhere. I've used real retinol products before and know how skin reacts to the active ingredient. This one shows no signs of having any meaningful amount. If you want an actual retinol product, get it from a real dermatologist and mix it into your nightly moisturizer for better results and less irritation.

Their customer service is basically nonexistent. Sent multiple emails with zero response, and the phone message said they'd send texts back but never did. I placed an order and got no confirmation email. Tried to cancel but can't reach anyone. My credit card already shows pending charges and I have no idea what's happening with my order or how to get help.

Complete waste of money, honestly gutted about it. Spent close to two hundred bucks on this and should've just stuck with what I was using before.

Not only is this stuff overpriced for what you get, but the formula is greasy and doesn't even work. On top of that, the company handles customer information poorly and seems to violate privacy laws. I've asked multiple times to be taken off their mailing list but they ignore me. Their support team just doesn't bother getting back to anyone.

Hands down the best customer service experience I've had with any company. Frances took care of my issue right away and was incredibly professional about the whole thing. They clearly value their customers and stand behind their service. Really impressed and would give them a perfect score.

Overall I've been really satisfied with most of what I've purchased from them. About 9 out of 10 items have worked out great for me.

Been a longtime user of Strivectin and love what it does. Pretty pricey though, so I usually wait for sales and stock up when I find good deals.
