We couldn't attend that match and lost money on a premium experience we never got. StubHub backs sketchy sellers and leaves regular customers with nothing. Won't use this again.
This is a total scam. I put in for a refund before the concert on 10/28/2025 because the tickets I bought never showed up. Your team told me in their response that my money would be back in 5-8 days. Still haven't seen a penny. Where's my refund?
Purchased a ticket for a Liverpool match earlier in the year through this site. Everything looked good until I got to Liverpool and got word my ticket was canceled. Had to meet up in some sketchy pub where I picked up a replacement from what looked like an underground operation with multiple phones and huge stacks of cash everywhere. Plus the seat they gave me was way worse than what I paid for. I've emailed them to complain and gotten basically nothing but silence for two months now. I paid for something I completely didn't get and they seem totally uninterested in fixing it. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE. PERIOD.
STAY AWAY!! Bought tickets for the final match at the stadium 10 months prior. Asked them to confirm the seller was legit and they confirmed it was someone who sells frequently. Extremely frustrated with how long it takes to get paid from selling here. As someone selling for the first time, I felt belittled and brushed off. The support person was rude and unhelpful. It's wild how fast they grab their cut from your sale but drag their feet getting your portion to you. I'M NEVER COMING BACK!!!!
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Grabbed tickets for the Timeless Summer Tour with Boy George back when it was supposed to happen, but the show got canceled ages ago. StubHub refuses to refund me, saying it's just "postponed" even though there's no new date announced. Their FanProtect Guarantee doesn't mean squat. They grabbed my cash and won't return it for an event that doesn't exist anymore. Customer service is trash. Every time I contact them, it's the same scripted garbage with zero help. They're fine taking your money but won't follow through on their own promises when it counts. I'm done with them and strongly recommend everyone else avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off.
Bought my son tickets to see his first away game. When we got to the ground, we realized we had home section tickets, and my son was really upset. I asked them if I'd bought away seating, and they first said yes. Then when I provided proof showing we were in the home section, they switched their story to saying I bought longside tickets where sometimes away fans sit. I pointed out this was a top league match so away fan capacity is only expanded for cup matches. Now they're saying no refund and that they gave me the right seats. Requested they show me the original listing I bought from and they ignore my emails. Disgraceful handling of this, the email chain is full of contradictions but they don't care. Also can't get to speak to anyone in charge. Happy to share everything. UPDATE: Finally spoke with a very helpful rep named Juan Carlos today. We went over my concerns regarding those tickets. He communicated really well, and I appreciated that he actually considered how this impacted my son, which hadn't happened before. We sorted things out and it's resolved now
Update 19.2.25: Used the international version not the US one, so my complaint stands. Already emailed support two more times. Still nothing!!!------AVOID!!! We got 2 tickets for the Bundesliga match between Stuttgart and Freiburg. Paid €220 total for 2 standing spots that usually go for under €20 each. Yeah, our mistake there. Wouldn't have been terrible if the tickets worked. The scanner rejected them saying invalid, direct us to the info booth. They informed us the tickets were blocked and that this site isn't a licensed seller. Couldn't get in. We got a document about it. My son was devastated. Nothing we could do. Thought we'd at least get our cash back using their guarantee, so we submitted everything they asked for along with proof. Got an email asking questions that seemed irrelevant like exact times at specific gates or exact wording of conversations we'd already explained. Said they would investigate and get back to us quickly.
Quick update on my initial review. Eventually got my refund for the fake tickets. Juan Carlos got in touch personally and was fantastic. He was genuinely sorry and explained that counterfeit tickets do slip through sometimes. Really pleasant to work with and I appreciated him reaching out. Based on how Juan handled things, I'd give them another chance. Original review: DO NOT BUY. RIPOFF PLATFORM! Should rename it ScamHub! Got tickets through here that turned out to be counterfeit. They wouldn't let me in, and security got suspicious about where I got them. Got kicked out and told cops would show up if I came back. Felt horrible in front of the people I was with, and the travel expenses added up quickly. They refused a refund and were incredibly rude in every message back. STAY AWAY AND USE OFFICIAL CHANNELS ONLY
