Found a sale on their website so I decided to try ordering directly. They sent me sunscreen that was basically at its expiration date. When I complained they tried to tell me the expiration date doesn't matter. I managed to get a replacement batch with products that have a solid six month shelf life left. I've never had these issues ordering through Sephora. Direct purchases from their site are off the table for me going forward.

Bought the Mineral Unseen Sunscreen and it caused a terrible red itchy rash all over my face. When I reached out to customer service to sort it out, they made me fill out a product survey before discussing a refund. After that they completely stopped responding to me.

It blended into my skin smoothly, though it could ball up if you apply too much. That's when I decided to cancel because the tube packaging is really problematic. It looks simple enough, but air pockets form inside and when you squeeze it, expensive product shoots everywhere. Tapping the tube doesn't help either. I've wasted so much product across multiple bottles that I finally gave up. The Resetting Powder is decent but the amount you get for the price is disappointing and barely lasts. Plus it doesn't dispense well from the container so you're constantly tapping it to get enough product out, which gets frustrating fast. That said, I do enjoy their body sunscreen line and the Glow Oil is pretty solid.

First time trying this sunscreen and I'm definitely going back for more. Most sunscreens either leave my skin feeling slick or tight, but this one doesn't. The price point is really solid too. The formula feels incredibly smooth and silky against my skin with a nice texture. Beyond the feel though, it actually delivers on protection.

I apply Supergoop every single day. The Unseen Sunscreen is literally the only one I'll use now. I honestly didn't expect to love sunscreen this much but here we are. Supergoop has earned my loyalty for good.

They sent back an automatic reply saying they were closed until the new year. The order was still missing on January 3rd so I asked for my money back. They processed the refund quickly enough, but never reached out with any explanation or apology. I liked what I ordered but I can't support a company that handles customer service this poorly. Supergoop Glow Screen is seriously excellent. This lightly tinted SPF goes on with great coverage and makes my skin feel soft and smooth instead of slick or sticky like other sunscreens. My face actually looks like it's glowing after I apply it. Totally love this product!

These products are fantastic and I use them every single day. The daytime SPF moisturizer is absolutely beautiful and works wonderfully for my dehydrated skin with a lovely daisy scent. The SPF lip glosses are super hydrating too, which is rare since most sunscreen lip products tend to leave my lips feeling dry. The hand sunscreens are incredibly practical.
