Waited 25 minutes on Thanksgiving at the Harmony location in Oshawa for perogies and a half chicken dinner that cost over 40 bucks. The chicken was basically raw and inedible, plus they messed up the sour cream for the perogies. They said they'd add a credit to my account but when I called back they claimed nothing was on file. This place is run so poorly I won't be returning. It's wasteful to throw out 40 dollars of food like that, especially in times like these.
This is about my experience at the Hurontario location in Mississauga. The takeout service was really disappointing. I arrived at my pickup time but nobody came to help me for 15 minutes. My order ended up being 30 minutes late. While I was waiting, other customers who had been there for 20 minutes were told their orders weren't even being accepted. People were understandably upset but staff just disappeared back into the kitchen. When I finally got my food it was cold and one entree had basically no seasoning. I won't be going back and would suggest trying another location. This spot was totally unprepared for New Year's Eve despite knowing the date and having plenty of resources. Really disappointed in how this was handled.

They swapped my cranberry sauce for coleslaw. I tried calling the next day to straighten it out but couldn't get through, had to reach out to corporate. Eventually a manager called back. After dealing with this mess for over a week they offered a refund or credit. I took the refund at the end of December but never received it by mid-January. I won't be going back to that location on Ogilvie road and I'd suggest others look elsewhere too.
