Customer service here is absolutely awful. A rep was literally yelling at me over the phone and it went downhill from there. They hung up on me and then closed out a chat with zero help or answers. I'm done with this company and I'm returning what I bought.

Had a really bad experience at this location. Went in wanting to get my blue light glasses converted to prescription lenses and asked the female employee about it. She literally just stared at me and started laughing, so I left. When I came back later with a different guy, I mentioned what happened and he said oh she's new like that's some kind of excuse. Being new doesn't give anyone permission to be rude and mock customers. Then he was equally unprofessional and dismissive the whole time. Just do your job. Would not recommend this place.

My contacts showed as delivered but the tracking number never indicated they actually shipped. The website runs slow and bugs out a lot, and trying to get help from customer service is basically impossible. Not going to order here again. I wanted to give them a fair shot but I'm switching back to ordering from somewhere else that's faster and way cheaper on contacts.

Got sent home with the wrong prescription after my exam and had to pay out of pocket to see another eye doctor to fix it. Told them about the problem and they acted like it wasn't a big deal. The testing equipment fogged up from the temperature being different in the room. The doctor mentioned things would look blurry but I figured that was normal until he wiped it off later in the exam. After following up through email and their online form, I still haven't gotten any response. Hope to hear something and update my review if they make this right.

My prescription came back incorrect and I ended up having to pay another doctor to redo the whole exam. When I told them about it nobody seemed to care. During my visit the equipment got cloudy from the temperature in the room, but the doctor said it would be fuzzy and I thought that was normal until he cleaned it off near the end. I followed up with the email address they gave me and filled out the form they sent, but haven't heard back yet. Will update if this gets fixed.

Would give zero stars if I could. A year ago staff members actually made mean comments about my eye condition while my child was sitting right there. When my other daughter went for her appointment this year she was told to wait and they'd squeeze her in. The visit felt rushed and the doctor said she had astigmatism in both eyes. Once we got the glasses she couldn't see properly. They kept giving excuses saying there was nothing available and that she'd just need to adjust. I paid out of pocket to see a different doctor and found out she has no astigmatism. I wouldn't recommend this optical department to anyone. UPDATE: They did process a refund for us which I appreciate, but the whole situation was still upsetting.

Honestly would give zero stars if the system allowed it. Last year the workers actually made jokes about my eye condition right there in front of my child in the waiting area. This year when my daughter showed up for her appointment, they told her they'd just fit her in whenever which felt rushed. When we complained they kept saying nothing could be done and she just needed to get used to them. We ended up paying a different doctor who confirmed she doesn't have astigmatism at all. Do not waste your time or money on this place. UPDATE: They did end up refunding us which I do appreciate, but the whole experience was still really upsetting.

Incredible turnaround time on this order! Left them on Thursday and walked out with my glasses on Monday, just three days total. The employee who helped me was wonderful and even told me my new frames look fantastic on me. I've been over the moon about this purchase ever since.

Been going back and forth with customer service and must have sent over ten emails now, but still haven't gotten a receipt to submit for my insurance claim even though it's been three months. The website won't let me download receipts either, which is pretty frustrating for a company of Target's size.

Staff was great and the doctor was excellent. Got my first eye exam done at 55 and the whole thing was quick and well organized. Really impressed with the quality of care here. I'm definitely coming back next year!

Browsing and buying on Target Optical Online was really straightforward. I did run into one issue though where the specific model names weren't super obvious on the listings. I thought I was getting one style of Clubmasters from Rayband but ended up with the reverse version, which wasn't clear in the product description. When I contacted support about an exchange they really stepped up and made it painless. They even said they'd cover up to a hundred dollars extra on the swap and got me the new pair the same day. One thing I'd mention is that the online store and the physical stores seem totally separate and disconnected, which is confusing. It'd be way better if they were linked together. Right now if you order online you can't return or exchange in the store and vice versa, so customers should know that going in.

Everything about this place is fantastic. The customer support is top notch, there's tons of options to pick from, and the pricing is fair. The glasses fit perfectly and look incredible. I'm really happy I gave Target Optical a shot and I've already been recommending it to all my friends.
