Bought a TM23 premium golf bag back in December and within just a month the inner tube started collapsing in multiple spots. By January it was getting really hard to get clubs in and out because the plastic support tube had basically caved in on itself. I contacted the seller and they confirmed the issue, then sent it to the manufacturer where it got rejected even though we were still within the warranty window. The bag is practically falling apart now and makes it difficult to use. The Australian seller did offer me a $100 gift card which I appreciate, but that doesn't solve the problem of a supposedly premium bag falling apart like this.

My Stealth HD driver is just over 2 years old and has developed yellow spots underneath the carbon fiber face. I reached out to customer service about getting the face repaired or replaced since I'm concerned these spots might be structural issues that could get worse over time. The rep made it clear they weren't going to help, just kept repeating their warranty terms. They then tried to sell me a brand new driver at a huge discount which felt insulting. I turned it down and let them know this was my first and last major purchase from them because I need a company that actually cares about their customers.

Got fitted for a set of irons back in February 2023 and went with P-790s in 5-PW with graphite shafts. They arrived about 6 to 8 weeks later. A couple weeks ago I noticed the graphite shafts on 2 of the irons were splitting right where they meet the heads. I called TaylorMade and they said the warranty had already expired in April so there was nothing they could do. They told me to contact the shop about getting new shafts but they want $120 per shaft to replace them. Replacing all six shafts is going to cost a fortune. When I reached out to TaylorMade again explaining the cost and questioning how quality shafts could fail after just 2 and a half years they didn't offer any sympathy. Has anyone else experienced this?

I placed an order on September 9th and have sent three separate emails asking for an update on where my order is but haven't gotten a single response. They charged my credit card and then just ghosted me. Do not buy from this company.

Got a Sim 2 Max driver as a retirement gift and loved it for 3 years. Then the carbon fiber section on top of the clubhead just separated from the rest of the head. I called customer service hoping they could help, but since I was past the 2 year warranty window they wouldn't do anything. I looked into it and found out this is actually a documented problem, yet the company refuses to address it. Seems like they only care about making a sale and not standing behind their products. Because of this experience I'm done with their brand and I'm even selling off my TaylorMade putter.

I got professionally fitted for new Sim2 irons and a driver and was excited since I'd been loyal to TaylorMade for over three decades. Unfortunately the driver cracked after about 3 and a half years, and the plastic around the hozel on the irons came loose. All my previous clubs from them held up great but these ones were disappointing. I won't be going back to TaylorMade for my next driver purchase.

I ordered a new set of clubs for my wife and they took the money right away. Then they told me I was looking at EIGHT weeks minimum before I'd get them. That's completely unreasonable. I won't be ordering TaylorMade clubs again.

I bought a SIM2 Max D driver 3 and a half years ago and was hitting it last week when the head suddenly broke along the bottom seam. I took it back to where I got it and they contacted TaylorMade. The company said warranty is only 2 years and won't do anything about it. That's clearly a defect in manufacturing but they think three and a half years is good enough. I'm disappointed because I really liked the SIM2 and the P790s but I can't trust the brand anymore. My old Callaway X2 driver from ten years ago is still in perfect condition by comparison. This is really frustrating.

If there was a negative rating option I'd use it. Their trade-in program is a complete scam designed to rip off customers. A brand new club worth $140 gets almost nothing as a trade value. Their customer service couldn't care less. Buy your clubs literally anywhere else where they actually value your business.

Ordered a new putter for around $200 and asked about shaft length. I gave them the measurement accounting for the head size. They sent me a putter where the total length matched my shaft measurement, giving me a 32 inch putter instead of the 35 inch I needed. When I emailed them about it they refused to admit they were wrong even though they acknowledged they understood the problem. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. Completely disappointing. Won't be buying from TaylorMade again.

I went with the SIM2 Max driver after reading tons of reviews about Stealth models falling apart, especially the club face. I thought I was making the safer choice. But after just over two years the base plate literally fell off. I don't use it that much either. And TaylorMade offers zero support past two years. If you're looking at a driver don't go with TaylorMade, they're overpriced and the build quality is suspect.

Don't expect to get any help from their customer service because they claim they're not able to assist you.

Don't waste your money on these guys. I picked up three Sim Max 2 drivers in February and after one range session with two of them the paint was peeling off. The shop swapped them out and said it was clearly a manufacturing defect. Now seven months later the replacement is doing the exact same thing. I've requested a complaint twice and they keep ignoring me. TaylorMade then rejected my warranty claim saying the paint flaking from an untouched area is just normal wear and tear. The warranty is worthless, the clubs are poorly made, and the support team is lazy. I've had to file a complaint with the financial regulator to try to get my money back. Pretty sad for a company with such a big name. Won't touch their stuff again.

Skip this brand. I bought a new driver and it fell apart after three weeks. The materials they use are bottom-tier quality. When I reached out to TaylorMade I waited six weeks just to be blown off. I won't buy anything from them ever again. Their after-sales support is absolutely awful.

I spent $300 on a Tour Z putter and used it for a few months. During normal play I accidentally banged it while holding both the flag and putter in one hand and it chipped the face near the center. I didn't expect the face to be so soft that a light bump would damage it so badly. I contacted their service team and was told they couldn't help or replace it because they considered it outside warranty coverage. After spending so much on their equipment over the years this is how they treat loyal customers. Really disappointed and won't choose them again.
