I placed my first order on March 17th. After the tracking info stopped updating on the 20th, I called and found out EVRI had lost the package. The company quickly sent a replacement on the 25th, but sadly Royal Mail lost that one too. I've now ordered a third time, though I've noticed in the reviews that several other customers have dealt with this same problem. If this shipment disappears, I'm going to ask for a refund instead and take my business elsewhere. I do want to say the customer service reps have been incredibly courteous and genuinely sorry about the situation, but unfortunately all they can do is keep sending replacements or process refunds.
