I consistently find exactly what I'm looking for at prices that can't be beat!

The prices are cheap, and that's really all they have going for them. Don't expect them to back up their warranty. The customer service people make excuses and clearly don't know much about tires. If you do decide to buy from them whether it's through their marketplace or directly, just know that if something goes wrong, you're probably out of luck.

This large company makes big promises but doesn't deliver. I placed an order and paid in full, but the tires never showed up. Instead, I just keep getting excuses about why it hasn't shipped. I can't recommend doing business with them at all.

This has been a frustrating situation from the start. I finished my order, booked an installation appointment, and then nothing. No call, no email confirmation, no one showing up. Lucky for me I took a screenshot of my order or I'd have nothing to prove what happened. I've tried to reschedule multiple times. Hopefully this gets better. I wouldn't count on a smooth process with them though. Update: I've called three separate times and rescheduled three different times. I never got a confirmation email, no technician ever showed up, and I never received my tires. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Three out of four tires arrived on schedule, but the shipping company damaged the fourth one. When I contacted them about getting a replacement, they didn't step up. By the time they got the damaged tire back, they said it was out of stock. So I asked them to refund that one tire and I'd buy it elsewhere. Their response? They refunded my whole order and demanded all the tires back. I feel like I got the short end of the stick, losing time and energy over this mess. They use a call center overseas, and honestly, it would be worth paying more to shop somewhere else and avoid this headache.

I really appreciated getting regular updates throughout the process about where my order was and when it would arrive.
