Four of us took a Behind the Scenes Warsaw tour in August riding in an authentic Communist era bus, and our guide Karol made it unforgettable. He guided us through the most important locations and showed us the historic old town with real passion. Karol was intelligent, genuine, witty, engaging and his English was actually better than ours. He genuinely cared about sharing Warsaw's history, architecture and culture with us and really knew his stuff. We left having learned so much and feeling great about the experience.

Things went smoothly until she let me know my king bed reservation had been switched to a queen bed due to overbooking. As someone who's tall, having a king was really important to me. Since check-in was before three, I took the queen reluctantly. But when I came back downstairs after seeing the room, Teriqua worked with Carolena and they found me a king bed room instead. I really valued their problem-solving and effort. This kind of customer care is why I stick with this chain. Thanks to both of them for making my stay so much better.
If you're heading to Morocco, Erg Chebbi should definitely be on your list. Our journey from Marrakesh was absolutely perfect because of our incredible guide, Hicham. He went way beyond what you'd expect to make sure we had an unforgettable time. From his kindness and patience to his vast knowledge of everything around us, he was exceptional. He knew the perfect spots to grab drinks and shop, and even arranged for us to wear traditional clothing for photos. He showed us how locals actually live, including a tea time at his family's place that was warm and generous. We visited amazing historic sites like the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, Ourazazate, the Todgha Gorge and the Atlas Film Studios. He took incredible care of us every single day, and the highlight was the camel trek into the desert where we camped overnight and watched both sunrise and sunset, which was absolutely breathtaking. Hicham always seemed to know what we needed before we even asked.
Hands down the best sandwich place I've been to. The meat and veggies are always top notch, and those buns are consistently perfect fresh. Their breakfast options show real dedication to quality ingredients and preparation. For a place in a smaller area, the standard they maintain is really impressive. Fantastic job!

Their buffet offered a great variety including south Indian, North Indian, Chinese and continental options. Every meal we had was delicious and left us completely satisfied.
