I need to share what happened with my purchase. This company is not good. I got a mint mattress back in 2020 and felt okay about it initially, but after a couple years the sagging became a real problem. The support underneath basically disappeared and I'd literally slide out of bed. Getting a warranty claim filed seemed fine at first, but then they rejected it. When I asked them to explain which warranty terms justified the denial, they kept changing their story. Here's what I learned: you get 30 days to return it no questions asked. Beyond that, you're on your own. If something breaks down, don't expect help from them. I can't recommend buying from this company to anyone.

For about half a year, sleep was incredible. Then I started getting sharp pain in my hips, neck and shoulders. I flipped it around, got new pillows, added a box spring - nothing worked. After giving it enough time to really get the full experience, this ranks as one of my best mattress purchases ever. Before ordering I was nervous it might feel too soft based on what I'd read, but those concerns went away within the first seven days. The quality and service were both excellent, and I'd definitely shop with them again.

After moving, I did tons of research and decided to get a mattress from here. The delivery in a box made setup super straightforward. This is my first memory foam bed and I'm really enjoying it so far. Fair warning though - the box is pretty heavy when it arrives, so having someone around to help move it upstairs is basically essential unless you're super strong. Their support team was great to work with too.

The mint mattress is solid, though I'm surprised they don't have more customer feedback out there.
