Ordered two jewelry pieces and even paid extra for rush shipping on a specific date. The receipt said UPS would handle delivery, but it ended up going through some random third party instead. According to the tracking, it was supposedly left at my house on another date, and there's even a photo showing it at my address. Problem is, I never found the package anywhere. When I contacted the company about this, they said they'd replace the order. I've followed up two times since then. First they said they had a huge backlog, then they insisted the items were definitely delivered on that date. Still no resolution.

Really disappointed with this necklace purchase. Despite the seller claiming it was waterproof, sweat proof and tarnish resistant, I've gone through two of them in under two months and both ended up tarnished and discolored. The design itself is actually pretty cool and unique, and the owner seemed nice enough, but when I asked for a refund based on these false product claims, they turned me down flat.

Never got my morse code necklace that I ordered. Waited over five weeks, sent multiple emails back and forth with their team, but no necklace and no refund either. Pretty frustrating experience overall.

Dealing with this company is honestly the worst. I put in an order earlier this month and have reached out to them so many times I've lost count. They shipped only half my order and now I'm spending even more time emailing and calling trying to get answers. Here I sit just waiting. And don't buy into that whole free mystery gift thing. What you'll actually end up with are tiny sample sizes instead of the full products you thought you'd get for spending a hundred, hundred and fifty, or two hundred dollars. Total waste of time with this company.

Really let down by the rose gold necklace I bought. The color has this brassy tone that makes it look cheap and tacky. The company won't let you return anything, so it's clear they don't stand behind their products at all.

Awful experience with their customer service. I tried to cancel my recurring subscription before it shipped, but they sent it anyway. To make matters worse, I only got half of what I ordered but got charged for two full orders. When I tried to return the items, their website said they were unfulfilled so I couldn't process a return. I sent a bunch of emails and they just stopped responding. After waiting a few days, I reached out again asking for help but got nothing back. The company doesn't even have a phone line, which is honestly a big warning sign.

Total scam company. They messaged me on Instagram claiming they'd pay me a grand to promote their site in my stories. Turns out they were actually trying to gain access to my account so they could hijack it for their own marketing purposes.

These are solid products. I've been a customer for a couple years now and keep coming back. Would definitely recommend them.

The actual products are fine but their customer service is really bad. I ordered something and set up automatic deliveries, but whenever I try to reschedule my next delivery on their site, I get an error message. I've sent emails to their support team multiple times but never get any response or updates. Pretty disappointing overall.
