Terrible End-to-End Online Shopping Experience

I bought a shoe online for my son on 12/1. I was informed that it would be delivered on 12/10. Today is 12/11. I checked online for the order status and tracker. It was still informing it would arrive on 12/10 (yesterday). I then decided to contact them. There are several AI hurdles that you need to navigate through to get to some info. I got an update saying that it will arrive tomorrow (12/12). Then I decided to contact them over the phone. Another AI agent picked up the call and, this time, I was informed that the order is expected to arrive between 12/17 and 12/18. I was given conflicting information. Then I asked to speak with a live agent. After confirming my identity, the agent repeated everything that is already online. I informed him that the AI voice assistant provided different information then the one on the online order tracker. He said he doesn't know what AI did or said, as he can only say what he knows (!?!?!?). I told him that I would expect Under Armour AI bots and live agents to have access to the same databased and information, hoping that they had minimum control and governance over their data, customer orders and more. The agent informed that maybe something happened with the carrier or the order, but he doesn't know. I said I would still want to receive the product I bought, but kindly asked him to confirm the expected delivery date for me to set my expectations. He just couldn't confirm and said he does know know what UA's AI bot said or where the information came from. He also doesn't know what the real status is with the carrier. No ownership, no responsibility, complete lack of proper governance and customer service. This was the first time I tried to buy something from Under Armour online and it will surely be the last one.

I placed an order for some winter boots…

I placed an order for some winter boots and received at estimated delivery date of Friday December 5th, then a new update of Saturday the 6th, then Monday the 8th, now it says Tuesday the 9th, today is Tiesday the 9th, 8pm. The package is in a local facility for the last few days with no movement. In today's market, that signals a problem. I assume that it is lost and not coming. My husband needs winter boots for work,so I just need to.know if I need to look for another product. I called customer service, of course spoke to someone off shore, who I could barely hear. She followed her scripts carefully, as expected. No solutions or explanation offered. No way to escalate or speak to management, who could have a conversation and deviate from scripts. The only thing she said multiple times was to call back tomorrow. I would expect them to reach out to their delivery company, their vendor, to follow up with what the issue could be. Before I could cancel, she hung up on me. Not a good experience. I assume that the vendor choice is the most cost effective for UA, but a terrible experience for their customers.

UA dont stand behind their customers

I bought running sneakers. 5 months later the lining is all ripped causing bad cuts and sores on the back of my foot. Called to get replaced. Could not replace because they didnt have my size. I asked for a different shoe and was told they could only replace with the same sneakers. How can they replace with same sneaker if not available. Never had running sneakers fall apart that fast. Other companies like Nike and Brooks I always buy never had issues like this. I did one time nd they sent me a different pair of sneakers because the original ones were not available. UA can take a lesson from the other companies. I won't be buying anything from UA again. Terrible service for their customers

Parcel not received

Under armour use DHL as their delivery company. My parcel has now allegedly been out for delivery on four different days; but never arrived. Today I got to being the next delivery on the tracking app and then it just went blank! I’ve had to stay in for 4 days as the email says the parcel must be signed for. I appreciate this is potentially DHL rather than Under armour but I contacted Under armour two days ago and have had no response. I’ve given up hope of receiving my parcel and it’s looking unlikely that I’ll receive any contact from Under armour. I just wish I’d read other peoples’ reviews before placing my order.

600 euros stolen and no one cares

I made a purchase in july for ~1600 eur and returned most of the items (there were a lot) a week later as I planned to choose only a couple of outfits. To my surprise I received 800 eur instead of 1400. UnderArmour claimed that they reimbursed the items they received and there was nothing else. They didn't open an investigation case with DHL, whom THEY hired and whose return label THEY gave me. They did NOTHING. Just said that it's not their problem that I have -600 euros in my bank account. The order was made from Spain

Terrible and restrictive return policy

Terrible and restrictive return policy! Customers are forced to use only one specific courier and one specific return method, otherwise the return is simply rejected. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the customer is paying for the return shipping themselves. The return label provided does not allow all necessary information to be added, which creates real concern whether the parcel will even reach its destination. When I contacted customer support by phone, I was told that because I purchased from their online store, I automatically accepted their return conditions and that they see no problem at all. This whole process does not feel transparent. It gives the impression that the company is looking for any excuse to claim that the return was done incorrectly, rather than genuinely supporting the customer through the return. If a company pays for return shipping, they may set its own rules. But when the costs are forced onto the customer, the customer should absolutely have the right to choose a trusted and reasonably priced shipping method. This experience shows zero flexibility and very poor customer service.

Hello to All,

Hello to All,This was supposed to be a simple Christmas shopping to have some new shirts for the holiday’s with my new Family. In my recent communications regarding my order, Under Armour has shown significant inconsistencies and a lack of clarity in customer service. Despite my efforts to engage with four employees—Reven, Jessy, Maria Carmen, and Haley S.—about shipping delays, I encountered outdated information and a lack of accountability regarding their logistics.Initially, I was informed that my package had shipped via FedEx SmartPost, which partners with USPS for final delivery. However, Under Armour’s website clearly states that shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are handled via UPS SurePost, a service that no longer exists as of December 31, 2024. This discrepancy causes confusion and highlights a failure to align their website and customer service with current operational practices. Moreover, the promised updates regarding my order status were never provided, leaving me in the dark. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. To add to my frustrations, Haley S.'s second email was unprofessionally formatted—lacking a proper sign-off—which indicates a decline in service as soon as she was proven incorrect.Under Armour’s handling of this situation raises serious concerns about their commitment to transparency and accountability. Relying on outdated information, coupled with insufficient customer support, undermines their reputation and disrespects loyal customers. I urge Under Armour to address these discrepancies and improve their communication strategy to prevent similar issues in the future. A reputable brand should prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that the information provided is accurate and current. To this day, I have received no acknowledgment of their errors or a commitment to resolve them.Additionally, the source code reveals processes for shipping to military and FPO addresses but gives the impression of efficiency under the label “Standard (USPS),” which misleads customers regarding their understanding of these requirements. In a world where it’s too easy to turn away from problems and say “no,” I strive to have my voice heard. My grandparents, my mother, and my remarkable teacher, Ms. D., taught me the value of resilience. They instilled in me the belief that even when the path is tough, it's essential to keep fighting. When facing setbacks or closed doors, we must find ways to right the wrongs and maintain hope.I recognize that many people may shy away from engaging with customer service, avoiding emails, or neglecting the details, allowing themselves to be overlooked daily. This lack of respect for one another is disheartening.I refuse to be silenced. I am determined to advocate for myself and others, reminding everyone that perseverance and mutual respect are paramount in our interactions.Thank you for your time and support, and I hope that you have a great day.SincerelyCase#06277410

Unacceptable Service and Discrimination Based on Address and Payment Type

As a loyal Under Armour customer and a person with wide feet (size 45.5, width 4E), I have faced complete inability to purchase sneakers of your brand in Europe, as such models simply are not available in the European market. All my orders from the American website, paid for and shipped using business addresses (Delaware) and a European bank card, were repeatedly canceled for the following reasons: you do not accept business addresses, only home addresses of US residents, and the card must be American. Here are my canceled orders and Under Armour support case:• Case #06269142 • Orders: #US-35059201 (11/11/2025), #US-35049730 (11/10/2025), #US-35027530 (11/09/2025), #US-35011560 (11/08/2025) I live and reside in Europe and simply want to order sneakers that meet my foot width requirements, but I am effectively discriminated against because of my geographic location and card type.Refusing orders on such grounds is not customer service policy; it is discrimination. I urge Under Armour to reconsider its rules or at least offer real options for European customers with special needs.

Terrible experience

If anybody wants to purchase any Under Armour stuff I suggest you go to a store to do it. Online is an absolute piss take. Mrs ordered a hoodie from them for me and paid £55 which was promptly taken from her bank. That was the only thing that happened promptly. They use DHL as their chosen courier and that's where the fun starts. A week later after the order being placed and paid for we are still waiting. Customer service has zero interest in replying to the numerous emails that have been sent so we are still here, no hoodie and £55 lighter. I have bought plenty of under armour from stores and found the quality is quite good. But I will never ever buy another thing from them again. My advice to anyone thinking of buying anything from them online is don't bother, just open your window and throw your money into the wind instead. It will save you a lot of frustration with trying to deal with their practically non existent customer care

Thieves , stay away

If there is -1 available then i would use that to rate these thieves. I ordered pair of trainers which included DHL return label. When i decided to return the trainers there was no drop off point available and regular DHL point refused to accept the parcel and wished me good luck finding a place that would accept this DHL return label. This is because these thieves use some DHL label that cannot be accepted by majority of DHL points. Finally DHL delivery man collected the parcel but the parcel was not delivered and no-one accepts responsibility.

Nothing unique in 2025

Over 1/4 of my exercise clothes are UA. I really like the brand. I’m a little disappointed this year 2025 for I haven’t seen any new designs on their online store. Something has changed - not sure what.

Catastrophe!

Catastrophe! No chat support for EU, no message option working, and no phone number actually connects. I placed an order and it never arrived. How can a billion-dollar company operate like this? Just a minimal investment in proper customer service would solve these problems. I called US hotline (it's the only one you can reach) and they told me they can not help. just gave me the same number where you can't call. total Sh---t. I used to like this brand, but after this experience I will think twice before buying again.

Bad experience in my life Under armour

Title: Terrible service at Under Armour, Dress Smart OnehungaReally disappointing experience at Under Armour, Dress Smart Onehunga. Staff member Matheus (female) was extremely rude when we tried to exchange shoes that didn’t fit. Instead of a simple, respectful explanation, she spoke to us in a dismissive and arrogant way.Customer service in New Zealand should be about respect, honesty, and fairness. This store failed on all counts. Won’t be coming back, and I’ll make sure others know how poorly we were treated.I came to exchange a pair of sneakers that were a gift and she didn't even want to know the reason and just showed hatred on her face. How can a company like that keep a person at this level working in an establishment?Mr. Vini

They Don't Honor Product Warranty

I requested a return or exchange under warranty for boots coming apart at the sole. Wish I could attach the pictures. Normal wear for boots that are a few months old, worn once per week. Here was their response:"Thank you for sending the pictures of your gear. We are so sorry for all the inconvenience this item has caused. Our team has determined that we are not able to accept it for a return. Due to the age and/or level of wear and tear on the product, we cannot make a clear determination that the issue is a result of a factory defect or simply excessive use beyond what is a reasonable product lifespan."Wonder what the scientific standards are that would allow "the team" to be confident that it's not excessive use or beyond product lifespan. 10 wears? 2 weeks? Disposable boots. What a joke.
