Really disappointed. Opened a brand new pair of Urbanears Boo Tip and the left side doesn't work at all, completely silent. My last pair only lasted 5 months before issues started popping up. Can't recommend these.

These are garbage. They won't last longer than 3 months. Sound is bad and the mic quality for calls is worse. Just throwing money away.

These quit working after just a few weeks. One ear got really quiet and I can't get sound to both sides at the same time. Total waste of money. Not worth the price at all.

These are a disaster. Yeah they're cheap but that's because they fall apart almost immediately. I've tried them three times and every single pair has failed in the same ways. I'm done buying from this brand and I'd tell anyone else to stay away.

I can't believe these are still on sale. Getting the left and right to connect takes forever, like 10 minutes of constant powering on and off and resetting. They never worked right from the moment I unboxed them. It's frustrating because the sound is actually amazing and they look and feel great. If they could just fix this syncing problem it would be perfect, but as it stands they're basically unusable.

Not a good product. Audio quality is mediocre and there's no noise cancellation feature.

Their service team went above and beyond for me. I bought headphones from them about 4 years back and the ear cushions finally started breaking down. I asked if I could get replacements but they weren't making them for my model anymore. Still, they reached out and said they'd send new ones for free. Super happy with their support and my refreshed headphones.

When I found out replacements weren't being made for my model anymore, I sent them a message. They absolutely came through and shipped me new pads at no cost! Really happy with how they took care of me and my headphones are basically like new again.

Been wanting headphones like these for a while and jumped at the price. Three or four months in and everything's been fantastic. Quick delivery, loved opening the box with that sleek design, and the controls are super intuitive. Really pleased with the whole experience. Props to Urbanears for a solid product.

Got a pair of bluetooth headphones and they're problematic from day one. Takes forever to connect, like 25 seconds instead of the normal 6. The USB cable was so tight I had to use pliers just to get it out. I contacted their support person and instead of replacing the cable, they told me to buy a new one. Their response time was slow and customer service was basically nonexistent.

Picked up the Plattan 2 two years ago and appreciated the comfort and solid sound for casual listening. Then the fake leather on the headband and ear cups started flaking off without warning and now the whole thing is falling apart. I asked the company if this was typical and never got a real answer. I use them just at my desk for work and home, nothing rough. Just can't recommend buying Urbanears. Get something better for a bit more money from a brand that stands by what they sell. Kind of disappointing that there's no fix and I'm throwing out perfectly good headphones.

Wouldn't recommend this company at all. After just over a year, my aux cable started pulling away from the connector and looked really damaged. I reached out with photos explaining the problem, but their response was basically a dismissal. They hid behind a 6-month warranty even though EU consumer law should apply. My sister bought the same model around the same time and hers is fine, so this isn't normal wear. The specific color I chose isn't made anymore, so I'm stuck with broken headphones I can't replace. Don't waste your money on Urbanears products.

Their customer service is awful. FedEx couldn't get my package delivered because they said the address was wrong, even though they left a note at my door. When I checked tracking and saw it heading back, I called Urbanears and they said they'd refund me but charge me 15 pounds for admin fees. So I'm basically paying for their shipping partner's mistake. Look elsewhere unless you want to deal with this kind of nonsense.
