Placed an order for a buy 2 get 1 free deal on Vitamin World supplements. Only got 2 items when I should have received 3. Called them up and sent pictures showing what arrived. They basically said the box weight proves everything was there and if I wanted to return anything, I'd only get money back minus the shipping cost. No receipt, no packing slip, no shipping notification ever came through. They did accidentally send me an email meant for another customer about their expired vitamins. Would not recommend this company. Pretty sketchy stuff going on.
Vitamins showed up with only 3 months left before expiration on what was supposed to be a 6 month supply. Requested a refund and they turned me down flat.
