I explained the bras were brand new in original packaging, unworn, and offered to accept store credit instead, but the customer service team wouldn't budge. Through multiple polite emails requesting assistance, they stayed completely rigid. No company should be this unwilling to support their customers. As someone who runs my own business, I know you need happy customers more than quick sales. These unworn bras are sitting in my closet doing nothing. Really sad and wasteful.
