I've tried contacting the company way too many times to update my address and haven't gotten a single response. The phone number doesn't even work properly. My emails get ignored too. I'm pretty disappointed with how they've handled this situation. I've tried other wine delivery services and they're way more responsive. It's been two months since my last delivery.
