I ordered some food items to bring to book club including cookie tarts and olives. Everything showed up completely ruined by juice leaking everywhere with broken glass scattered in the package. The damage was so extensive that I couldn't even use any of it. They want me to take photos and send them proof but I don't have a way to do that easily. Don't waste your money ordering food products from them.

Between the shipping cost and oversized fees totaling nearly $200 on a couple small pieces, the furniture just wasn't worth the price. The cabinet itself was already pricey and required assembly, but the doors won't align properly and there's no way to fix it. They offered me 15% off as a solution. The whole free shipping deal is misleading. You're supposed to get free shipping on orders over $49, except for items that are online only. Customer service can't even tell you which products fall into that category. The representatives are hard to understand and it takes forever to get answers. You can hear kids and babies screaming in the background during calls. Is this really the best they can offer? The prices have gone way up too and honestly a lot of their inventory feels overpriced now. I used to shop here all the time but not anymore.

Really sneaky business practice here. I checked on product availability three separate times in a span of 10 minutes before placing my order for store pickup. Paid for it and then heard nothing from the store. When I finally called to see what was going on, they casually mentioned it was backordered. Meanwhile, they already took my money. That's deceptive. Steer clear of their cast iron enamel cookware. The coating chips way too easily. I got one for my son and when a big chunk of enamel started peeling off they refused to honor it because it was just past 60 days. The pot was only used for baking bread. A company like Sur La Table would have replaced it without hesitation. I have another brand of pot that I've owned for over a decade with no chipping at all. Their quality just doesn't stand up.

Got a lamp in the mail that was clearly used, possibly a store display or a returned item. It was advertised as new but came cracked and wasn't in original packaging. They just stuffed a used lamp into a plain cardboard box with some tape and sent it out. When I contacted customer service, they wanted me to get rid of it myself, so now I'm stuck throwing away a broken used lamp and taking up trash space. Wish I could upload photos to show the condition it arrived in.

This will be my last order from this company. I've been shopping there for years and prefer to buy in store when I can, but when items are out of stock locally I order online. You need to spend at least $49 to get free shipping. I placed an order in late June for just over $55. Most of my shipments come by FedEx. When it arrived a few days later, absolutely none of my items were in the box. Instead I received three placemats I never ordered. I called right away and filed a case. I explained that since I paid for my order, I want the actual items I purchased. Someone packed it wrong but the packing slip clearly showed what I ordered. I told the representative that I'd be happy to work with them if FedEx picks up the placemats, but I won't drive to a shipping center myself since this was their error. I also said my replacement order should be rushed since this was their mistake.

Absolutely terrible company. The website is confusing, the customer service is awful, and the products are low quality. I bought an outdoor table that started warping after just two weeks. They told me I needed to cover it when not in use to prevent warping and chipping. But it's an outdoor table! And it WAS covered! Then I ordered two chairs. The site said they had them in stock. When I called to complain, they wouldn't refund me until they picked up the mistake. A week later I had to call back asking where my credit was. They said they won't process it until the items come back. It's basically holding my money hostage over their warehouse error. Don't buy from them.

I love the style and quality of what they sell, but I'm frustrated that their bath towel options don't include washcloth sets. You can only get bath towels and hand towels together. That's a pretty strange product decision.

I really appreciate the quality and aesthetic of their merchandise, but there's one thing that bothers me. Why don't any of their bath towel collections come with matching washcloths? Every line only has bath and hand towels. It just seems incomplete.

That one got lost too!!! I called several more times and they finally started processing a refund. I had specifically timed this order to arrive before the holiday and got nothing. Super frustrated.
