Even after two phone conversations where I felt like they finally understood my frustration, their next email just repeated the identical $70 refund proposal. Insulting. I've spent more than a decade in customer support roles and I've never seen anything this bad. At bare minimum they should send a replacement kit with all components included, or issue a full refund. Anything less is simply disrespectful. I'm demanding either a complete replacement or my money back.

Got 2 tow mirrors but one had a malfunction. When I contacted them, their response was a $20 partial refund if I could get it fixed locally. That makes no sense. I ordered both mirrors in full working condition, so I shouldn't settle for half of what I paid for. Why would I accept a broken product when I paid the full price? Now they want me to negotiate over something they messed up. Where's the quality control? I responded but haven't heard back. This whole situation is exhausting and honestly not worth my time dealing with. Skip this company and go with somewhere like Amazon or another marketplace where returns are actually handled properly. Yitamotor doesn't conduct legitimate business, this feels like a scam.
