I grabbed 16 items to give as a birthday gift. The stuff is decent overall. One issue though, the 64oz TAC Ruck Bottle arrived and the steel lip had already started rusting. Wish I could upload photos to show what I'm talking about. Not ideal. Probably won't be back. Working on getting a refund handled.

Excellent customer service here. During a return, I missed an email and got frustrated thinking I was still waiting for confirmation a month or so in. Zero Foxtrot had already sent me gift credit but it went to a different email address, so I missed it. Make sure you check all your inboxes if this happens. When I finally talked to customer service, they were great about clearing everything up. The products are awesome too. I'll definitely be buying more.

Got my husband several items from here and was honestly blown away by how good the quality is for what we paid. He's been wearing the hoodie constantly and wants it in a different color, but looks like a lot of stuff is out of stock right now. Hoping they restock soon.

This is a mixed review. I've been buying from Zero Foxtrot for quite a few years and mostly had great experiences. But the holidays in 2025 were rough. Something went sideways at their headquarters during that time. My Christmas order took about a month to get to me. I handed out IOUs on Christmas Eve to disappointed faces. The woobies finally showed up January 7th and they're fantastic quality, everyone loved them, but the timing was a bummer. The products are great and they have solid variety, just the holiday communication fell apart. Will order again but probably skip holidays next time. Shipping team, you need to get it together. I'm giving four stars because I want them to improve and get their reputation back on track.

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered a jacket that cost me $120. The jacket never showed up. They threw in a complimentary beanie which arrived fine, but the main item I paid for is still missing. I keep emailing support but getting nothing back. Can anyone help me sort this out?

Update: They ended up locating the order but took a while to send it out. Got small pants which I gave to my daughter, then ordered the right size plus camo shorts. Original: I placed an order on a specific date and got confirmation saying it would be 5-10 business days. It never even shipped. After 10 days, their automated system tells me they can't locate my order. That's poor management. They took my $63 already and I doubt I'll see it again. Even sent them my order confirmation and got silence. This is incompetence. I grabbed a Woobie before and it's great. Already have their camo PT pants but I'm done spending money here. As a veteran who supports veteran-owned businesses, this is really disappointing and unacceptable.

I placed an order back on the 30th and got a tracking number, but nothing ever updated past 'label created.' I've sent multiple emails and only receive computer-generated responses. They don't have a phone line anywhere that I can find. Can't figure out how to get actual help. Update: Still nothing. Still no real updates from the company. I'm starting the refund process and if I don't see my money I'm going to report them to the FTC. Update 2: Never got my stuff. Just got an email saying delivered, probably another automated message, but their own tracking still shows the order stuck in fulfillment. I asked for a refund on the 26th and nothing happened, so I did a chargeback through my card instead. These people are a nightmare. Oh and they posted some pretty rude stuff on social media blaming shipping companies for problems and basically telling upset customers to ignore their concerns.

Bought a hoodie 12 days back and it never got shipped, so I requested my money back. Pretty disappointing turnaround for an $80 purchase. They advertise 1-2 business day shipping and I was left waiting 12 days with nothing. There are way better retailers out there.

Made an order and paid extra for faster shipping. A month later and still no delivery. Contacted my bank to reverse the charge and they did. But now Zero Foxtrot insists I got the package and is sending threatening emails saying they'll get paid one way or another over this $200 order. I'm a Combat Veteran Marine and if this is how they treat the military guys they're supposed to support, what hope do regular civilians have? I've had other problems with this company before and never received items or refunds. This is an unethical, dishonest, and greedy operation. Find another military clothing brand or just hit up an actual Army Navy store instead.

The stuffing keeps pushing through the outer material constantly. If you try to tuck the fibers back in carefully, it just keeps pulling more out, leaving no insulation left on the inside. What's going on? How do I get refunded?

Got the Tanker Coat in XXL and it swallowed me whole, honestly looked pretty ridiculous. Tried sizing down to XL and now it barely closes. The coat itself is really well constructed, but I'm stuck between two sizes. Their sizing and quality control don't seem to be lining up right. I'd really like to see these items made somewhere other than overseas.

Just picked up a flannel shirt and the flannel jacket. Started out pumped about the purchase. Quality seems solid, especially the flannel jacket itself. Then I found out production happens overseas, and specifically in China. Plus hearing about how rough their customer support can be is a letdown. Was planning to grab more stuff from them, but now I'm going to pump the brakes.

I was searching around for a lined flannel jacket in different places and stumbled on Zero Foxtrot. They knocked it out of the park. Grabbed their Zero Flannel Shacket recently and the fit is exactly like the sizing guide says it would be. The construction is really impressive. I'd definitely recommend Zero Foxtrot to anybody shopping for solid clothing. Also, being a vet myself, I'm proud to buy from a company like this.

These clothes fit great and look awesome. Their Star Wars collection is fantastic, especially the Dark Maul shirt, and I get compliments on it constantly. I subscribed to their membership program before since it seemed like a good deal. Ended up canceling only because I had enough shirts already.

The clothing itself is solid but the wait time was ridiculous, took more than 3 weeks to get here. You're hurting your reputation with shipping this slow.
