The supplement I got was expired. When I contacted support they said they'd refund me. Still waiting on that refund more than two weeks later.

I was hoping the reviews were wrong, but unfortunately they weren't. I signed up for a quarterly subscription for their supplement and when it showed up, they'd only sent one jar instead of the three I paid for. Not terrible, and customer support fixed it pretty quickly by shipping the rest out. But here's where it got bad. Within a few days of taking it, I was dealing with awful nausea with each dose even though I was taking it with food like instructed. I'm talking about wanting to throw up constantly, kind of like taking too much zinc. I reached out to support about returning the two unopened bottles and noticed there was even a specific dropdown option for this exact situation, but nope, they said they don't do returns at all. I'm giving two stars instead of one because they do publish their return policy if you dig for it, but turning down a refund for unopened product just feels wrong. I was super polite about the whole thing too.

Really shady business practices. They won't delete your information even after you tell them about data protection laws. Canceling a subscription is also unnecessarily complicated and difficult.

Bought several products thinking they'd work out, but ended up wasting my cash. All three items I purchased didn't do anything for my skin. I reached out to customer service politely and got told our research shows this works but if it doesn't work for your skin type we can't help you. Plus no refunds. How am I supposed to see this research they keep mentioning? Seems like anyone could slap a product on the market with zero results and zero accountability. Should've checked the reviews before spending all that money. Honestly considering reporting this to consumer protection agencies because this feels like a potential scam.

Worst company experience I've had in my skincare career as a licensed professional. Zero integrity whatsoever. They closed my wholesale account without notice and wouldn't reply to my emails. Then they increased order minimums without warning or telling me first, never even letting me try to meet the new requirement. I'd been buying from them for years before they decided I wasn't good enough. Won't shop with them again as a customer or suggest them to my clients. Really bad unprofessional behavior.

Their products are okay but shipping takes forever, nobody apologizes about the delay, and customer service is painfully slow to respond or sometimes doesn't respond at all.

Got the large hydro-patch because I had stress breakouts all over my face and wanted something that covered more area than single spots. Never had issues with other spot patches before. Woke up the first morning and saw tons of gunk on it which seemed promising. The next day I noticed discoloration where the patches were but no pain. Then day three everything got really swollen and itchy with clear red lines exactly where each patch had been. Burning feeling too. Had a bad allergic reaction. I'm sitting here now with cold compresses on my face and a prescription for hydrocortisone cream. Had to cancel plans and time off work because it looks so bad, which cost me money I didn't expect to lose. All the reviews on their site are suspiciously glowing which should've been a warning sign. They haven't even asked for my feedback which is weird. Skip this and go with proven products from other brands that won't irritate your skin.

Used their body acne products and got zero results. I tried their full routine for four months which is a decent amount of time to test it. Nothing changed. Feels more like marketing hype than anything that actually works.

I shouldn't need to download an app just to track my stuff. Give me a web link I can click on my phone browser. I'm not downloading Route or Shop or whatever else just to see where my order is at!!!!

Disappointing experience. They promised a free gift that was the whole reason I ordered from them instead of buying elsewhere where I could've saved 20 percent. I'd skip this and shop somewhere else instead.

Can't believe how fast these cleared up my cystic breakouts. I started getting cystic acne and tried the killa version after my last cycle left me in so much pain from deep, swollen cysts. Even with using acids and retinol it took two months to get those to go away. This time when I felt another cyst starting, I used these patches at night and goo getter during the day, and boom, five days and it was totally cleared up and healing. I know they're pricey, but dealing with that kind of pain last time makes it worth it to me. Pro tip: wait for a sale to order. The free patches are nice but honestly the cheaper brands work just as well and are less visible on your face.

The actual products work great and do what they say they'll do. What shocked me was how much unnecessary packaging came with everything. It's completely excessive and wasteful. The environmental impact is making me think twice about ordering again.

The spot patches work amazingly for me, especially the ones for deep spots, though there's way more packaging than necessary. The price tag was hard to swallow though when you only get 8 patches and most of what you're paying for feels like it goes to packaging. Each one's wrapped in plastic on top of plastic which seems excessive. I tested a cheaper brand on Amazon to save money but it was a total flop and left residue all over. Even though these feel pricey, nothing else out there really compares. Wish they'd drop the price or throw in more patches per box.
