Had great service the first year on my Pro subscription. When I renewed and paid, the screen sharing feature stopped working and I kept getting a message saying the host won't allow it. Nothing I tried fixed it. Zoom customer support basically doesn't exist as far as I can tell. Couldn't get help from a real person at all. I paid for a full year but couldn't actually use the main feature I needed. Without screen sharing, what's the point?

Someone charged my bank card four months in a row before I noticed. I emailed them about it and they said they have no record of it, but my bank statement shows all the charges clear as day. These people are crooked and will take your money without permission then deny it. This is theft and I bet it's happening to lots of other people. I'm getting my lawyer involved because this needs a class action lawsuit against these crooks.

Support is absolutely terrible. I lost access to my email and nobody would respond to me. Their system is broken because there's only one email tied to the account with no backup. Meanwhile they still billed me every month for a service I couldn't even use.

Customer support is awful. I got locked out of my email account and couldn't get anyone to help me. The system is poorly designed with no backup option for your main email. The fastest thing they did was charge me every month even though I couldn't access the service.

This company takes advantage of people. They charged my credit card for a renewal I never made. Hidden terms and auto-renewal policies let them pull over a hundred dollars without any reminder. We don't need businesses like this. Their practices are everything wrong with modern companies. I'm really let down by them.

This is a scam outfit. From the moment I signed up and asked for a refund they shuffled me around between email support and chat support. Nothing but a con. I want my refund immediately or my lawyer will be filing a complaint.

If your sales rep actually cares, you're lucky, but mine was useless. All he did was pass me along to other departments so I never understood why he was even on the team. Setting everything up took way too long and I had to go back and forth with multiple people just to get the phone system working. Getting the SMS text feature set up was the biggest pain though. It took many tries to get approved and I had to push customer service hard to help troubleshoot what was wrong with it. After finally getting it done two months later, they told me I'd need to buy another license because my whole team couldn't use our main office number to text. That's when I decided to leave. Canceling the account meant dealing with support again. Different agents told me different things about when it would end, and now they're saying it's in soft pause and I need to wait. I asked to cancel a month ago. I even had to call because one rep was yelling at me through text.

Had a terrible sales rep who wouldn't actually help with setup, just kept passing me off to other people. The whole setup process took forever and I kept having to chat with different people. The worst part was getting SMS messaging working, which was a nightmare. Had to keep fighting with support over problems with SMS registration. Took two whole months before it was finally done. Then they said I needed another license because my team couldn't all text from our main business number. At that point I was done. Canceling was another hassle with customer service. Multiple agents told me my account would be canceled by a certain date but now they're saying it's on pause and I have to wait. I requested to cancel a month ago already. When I called to complain, one of the reps started yelling at me through the chat.

Incredibly frustrating experience trying to get my sign-in email changed since the old one doesn't work anymore. Battling useless AI chatbots to make a simple update with proper verification is worse than any root canal. Is there a real human who can actually take this on and get it done? Please help!

Absolute nightmare trying to update my login email after my old one stopped working. Stuck dealing with frustrating AI systems that make a basic change feel like pulling teeth. My older family member accidentally renewed a yearly subscription he wasn't using anymore. Support straight up refused to give any money back. Feels like they take advantage of people who don't know better.

One star is probably too generous honestly. Nobody at this company wants to help with anything. I had a simple question but they won't talk to me and locked me out of my account for who knows how long. I can't even do my homework right now because of this. What a waste of time. Thanks a lot Zoom for literally refusing to speak with anyone.
