One of the five clubs I bought from them got lost in the mail, and they responded right away with a replacement that was actually nicer than what I ordered originally, no extra charge. Had Steve at the Frisco, TX location do a custom putter fitting. He really took his time, tested out multiple putters with me until we landed on the right one. It's perfect for my swing. My first round with it and I shot my best score yet. Would absolutely recommend him.

Ordered two used clubs for my wife and paid extra for 2 business day delivery. Got them on day 3 and one wasn't what was listed on the site. Called for a replacement with promised 2 day shipping but it came on day 3 again. Bottom line: the online descriptions are sometimes off, so double check them. Also, paying for faster shipping doesn't seem to mean they'll actually deliver on that timeline.

Stopped by 2nd swing golf to get my irons fitted. Had an appointment with Blaine who walked me through the fitting and explained how new irons could improve my game through swing analysis. The session went an hour and blew my expectations out of the water. I'd definitely come back to get more clubs and maybe some lessons. Blaine's someone I trust completely and I'd happily recommend him to anyone.

The Delaware store experience was incredible. I was really nervous since this was my first fitting ever. An employee named Alex was awesome and made the whole thing stress free and enjoyable. He doesn't care how good or bad you are, he just wants to get you in the right stuff. I mentioned what I thought looked good and he said go for it, then suggested trying some other options to let the numbers decide what works best. There was something really calming about his approach, I guess? We went through several options and picked irons that were right in the middle price-wise and just felt right. Alex made all the difference. Going in I only knew I wanted a proper fitting and wasn't familiar with much else. Within about 15 minutes he was synced with what I wanted. I'm already planning to get my driver fitted by him too because he'll give it to you straight, like if you don't actually need new equipment. He's genuine through and through.

Visited the 2nd swing location in south Scottsdale at Talking stick for the first time. From the moment I stepped in, someone was there to assist me. Steve took care of me and spent well over an hour on my big order with multiple requests. He was focused entirely on me the whole time and made sure I left with everything I needed. His knowledge and attention were genuinely impressive, thanks Steve.

My 7, 8, 9, and PW clubs showed up in a box that was 8 inches longer than needed. Not a single club head had any protection, and none were secured properly in the box. Zero bubble wrap, zero foam, just minimal paper that couldn't possibly cushion anything. Shipping these clubs across 2,000 miles with such poor care left them dinged, scratched, and scuffed. I'm never ordering from them again. I would've gladly paid more for proper packing. It's unacceptable to use a condition grading system when advertising clubs if they're going to arrive damaged like this. The packing job shows a real lack of care and attention. Skip this company if you want your clubs to stay looking good.

Normally I skip writing reviews, but this experience demands one. The rating speaks volumes, and things didn't go well. I'd done trade-ins a couple times before, and I'd call just to confirm I was getting the trade credit applied, which seemed a bit odd. This latest one was a total nightmare. Calling it wrong doesn't capture it, it felt like theft. I sent in a complete set of irons plus a fairway wood. The set had mixed models, and I mistakenly labeled one club wrong. Rather than reach out about the trade difference, they just deleted it and now claim I never sent it. They basically took my club and I have no way to get it back except complaining here. The staff was rude and defensive about their handling. It's hard to accept but sharing this might help you avoid my mistake. These folks aren't truthful and they don't bother hiding it. Steer clear of trading or buying from them.

I shipped an almost new Epic Callaway driver to 2nd swing. We agreed on a price and now it's been four weeks without receiving my payment. I can't suggest doing business with them when they won't pay you for what you send them.
