Worst experience ever. The customer service was completely unacceptable. I waited three months with no refund. Strongly advise everyone else to avoid them. They need to seriously get their act together.

Absolutely terrible experience with customer service. I'm never shopping there again. My order never arrived and a month later I'm still waiting for them to complete an investigation. I don't have my stuff and haven't gotten my money back either. Really unacceptable.

Stuff is falling apart in random spots, pockets are getting holes, stitching is coming loose in places, and seams around the seat area are failing even though they're not tight at all. I won't be buying from them again which sucks because I really liked these jeans.

Avoid this company at all costs. I got a pair from a store location in Texas as a gift, tried them on in person, and after the first wash both front pocket rivets fell off. They were bent, not attached properly, and clearly defective. Support told me to take them to a store where I actually live. When I went in, the staff said they didn't carry that style anymore and claimed it must have come from an outlet. I know it didn't. I asked about exchanging for a similar pair and they refused because the original style wasn't in stock. When I asked why I couldn't just get an equivalent replacement, they said they couldn't help. The quality has clearly gone downhill and their defect policy is ridiculous.

Be careful with their cyber Monday offers. The website shows one discount percentage on the product pages but then doesn't actually honor that amount at checkout.
