Following up on my earlier complaint, a supervisor named Ingrid called me to help sort things out. She assured me the overnight shipping fee would be refunded right away, and if my package didn't show up the next day, the rest of my money would come back without me having to chase them down. Spoiler alert: the package never came and neither did any refund from them via email or phone. I ended up disputing the remaining charge on my card since they never sent the promised refund, even though Ingrid mentioned it three separate times during our conversation. Why does Nautica let their customer service be so unreliable? This kind of stuff is really damaging to their reputation.

Really let down by this brand. Thought it would be perfect but it was a total disappointment. Was planning to give it as a gift but the item showed signs of being used already and was sent as a duplicate. Plus the Nautica midnight voyage fragrance didn't smell like anything, and the box was torn open.

Their shipping is terrible. They promise 2 business days but the date keeps getting pushed back. They're happy to take your cash but don't seem to care after that. Really unhappy with how they handle delivery.

Picked up a pullover that ended up not being my style. Tried returning it and found out you have to either go to a physical store or pay to ship it back yourself. No stores nearby for me. Their customer service is useless and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My grandson bought a t-shirt that lost all its color when washed and got ruined. I decided to order another one for him online. At checkout there was a button saying I'd get 15 percent off my first order if I entered my email, so I did. When I finished paying, the discount never showed up. Called them and was told they'd send me a code for the 15 percent off a future order. That's not what the website said at all. Really confusing wording. Not going back to shop there again.

This company is absolutely terrible! I'm really shocked because Nautica used to be a respected name but their online service is awful. Just go to the store if you can help it. Ordering online means your stuff will be late, nobody will help you, and getting your money back is nearly impossible.

Had a terrible experience with their customer service team. I got sent the wrong stuff and they weren't helpful at all. I'm done doing business with this company.

Fraudulent business. My stuff never showed up. They ignore complaints. Don't do business with them.

This was my first time buying from them and I got a hoodie. The quality is really impressive. The material feels substantial and soft, the fit is perfect, and it's incredibly comfortable.

Bought some boots from a store and used them from December 1st until December 24th when they completely fell apart. There's a huge rip in the heel. Unacceptable!

Got 2 sweatshirts, tried them on and set them aside since I'm in Florida where it's hot. A few weeks later I wore one and washed it. After washing, the whole thing got all stretched out and didn't fit anymore. Didn't even want to risk the second one. Called about returning but they said I was past the 30-day window so no luck. They really don't stand behind what they sell. Won't be shopping with them again.

Never shopped Nautica online before even though I've bought their stuff at other retailers for years. Creating an account and going through checkout online was annoying enough that I probably won't do it again. The three things I ordered came in fine but one didn't fit right. Looking at their return process was so complicated that I just gave it away instead. Guess the return policy worked in their favor. I'll find other brands that have similar quality and easier shopping experiences.

There's a deal advertising 20 percent off when you spend over 150 bucks. Turns out it doesn't work on sale or clearance items, and basically everything is marked down anyway. Called a supervisor and got nowhere. This is straight up false advertising. They should say upfront that the discount only applies to regular price stuff. Wasted 2 hours figuring this out.
