Setting up and programming these cameras was straightforward. What really impressed me was how well the company communicates. They actually listen to what you need and get back to you right away.
One small component failing means you're forced to replace your whole system. I had an NVR recorder with 4 cameras that worked great, but when a power surge hit, the boot drive got corrupted and the recorder wouldn't start anymore. The recorder itself wasn't damaged, just needed a software fix, but the company wouldn't repair it or said it wasn't worth their effort. By then I was outside the warranty window anyway. They basically told me to junk everything and buy a brand new recorder plus new cameras. The old model isn't even available anymore, and my cameras are locked to that specific recorder model. If something goes wrong after your warranty ends, you're out of luck because they won't service it and you can't use your cameras with anything else. So while the equipment works fine, just remember you're really only covered during the warranty period. Once that expires or they discontinue a model, your investment becomes worthless because repairs aren't an option and backward compatibility doesn't exist.

Outstanding camera. The picture quality is excellent. Security features perform well and it does a great job as a surveillance tool. Low light performance is impressive. Installation was straightforward and quick. This unit replaced an older Foscam model I'd had for years that's somehow still working.

These cameras are solid. I'd love to see object tracking added to their PTZ models eventually, especially for folks monitoring kids and pets. That said, I'm a long-time Foscam user at this point - almost 11 years in - and just grabbed 2 more units because I'm happy with them.
