I'm at my wit's end with them at this point. Used to think they were fantastic but not anymore. They've really gone downhill. Their camera setup is problematic most of the time the footage won't even load, and when it does the outside cameras produce basically nothing but darkness. Their support seems to have moved overseas now and the quality has nosedived. My cameras have been broken for over a month straight with no real resolution. Even getting help with a basic door sensor issue means you're stuck on the phone for an hour. This company has become the worst of the worst.

This experience has made me doubt whether I'm with the right company, so I'm looking into some other options that might give me better peace of mind.
