Very let down by this experience. They offer a practice run beforehand to verify your computer will work properly, which I completed several days ahead of my exam and passed without any issues. On test day, I logged in almost an hour early to double-check everything was still working. The system ran its standard diagnostic test, but suddenly my microphone stopped functioning. I spent over two hours attempting to troubleshoot this problem, but their support team couldn't help me fix it. I reminded the representative that I'd already done the practice test successfully, that they could see it in my records, and explained my tough situation as a parent balancing two jobs while studying. I also noted that I had logged in well ahead of time to prepare and that the practice test had confirmed everything was fine. This platform is incredibly frustrating. It constantly logs you out of tests without warning, behaves unpredictably, and frequently goes offline so you can't even retrieve files for school assignments. They're quick to take your payment but clearly don't reinvest any of it into improving or maintaining their infrastructure.

The test questions don't match the learning materials. There are mistakes throughout. Some questions are intentionally confusing, and others are just plain confusing.

I logged in about an hour before my proctored test to run through the system check and make sure everything was functioning properly. When the actual test time arrived, I couldn't get access. Schools thinking about adopting ATI should seriously reconsider. The platform is loaded with unnecessary bells and whistles that don't work right. It seems like the developers cared way more about making things look fancy than making them actually function. The content readings are poorly laid out, and you basically can't search through them, making it nearly impossible to locate what you need. If anyone from ATI is reading this, please push your design team to focus on making the core product better before adding more features. Here's what needs to happen: Create a search tool on the main MyATI page so students can find their modules without navigating through a confusing mess of folders. The readings need to be condensed, with more summaries and graphics. Video playback should let you skip ahead and include text overlays highlighting important concepts. The EHR system has constant glitches that force you to start over and lose your work. These aren't complicated improvements, and they honestly should have been standard from day one.

ATI's policies feel stuck in the past. Once you buy a test, it only stays available for a limited window before expiring, and good luck getting any money back on anything. Their customer service ranks among the worst I've encountered. It's clear their main goal is collecting payment and holding onto it, regardless of whether they actually deliver on their promises.

I only needed to take the TEAS exam because my healthcare program required it. I registered in early March 2020 to test at my school's location. Then my school announced testing was suspended and instructed us to expect refunds from the company for any unused exams. I never received mine, so I reached out. Their response was that refunds only apply if you have a documented emergency, which made no sense given the circumstances. Even after I sent them the email from my school explaining the situation, they still refused, saying they couldn't process a refund for a test I never took. Eventually I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
