Issue got taken care of quickly. I removed the app and forgot I was on annual billing. I never got a notice that a charge was coming (guessing that info was in the app itself). They billed me but refunded the charge right away, no hassle!

The kids figured out how to get around this app and it's honestly terrible. The whole thing was so buggy that we couldn't even delete it from the device. Screen time tracking isn't accurate at all with missing data, web filtering is limited, the cert installation guide is confusing and doesn't work, and customer support is hands down the worst I've dealt with.

Good if you're looking for set-in-stone schedules, but creating different rules for similar times on different days is frustrating. Since we do homeschooling, our schedule changes a lot, so managing this app can be tricky sometimes. I do appreciate that I can lock devices remotely, and the notifications when the app finds anything questionable are helpful (even if they're not always accurate, I'd rather get the alert). My child is starting to get used to the system. The inflexibility is my biggest complaint, though maybe I just need more practice setting things up.

Works great for limiting screen time on Android phones. I paid for the premium version so my son could use it on his iPad as well. The app shows time's up on the iPad, but my son can keep playing anyway, so the upgrade didn't end up being worth it. The basic version was fine. Really let down by this.

One limitation is that individual devices can't be controlled independently.

The main issue is that you can't manage each device individually.

The software does a nice job helping me see exactly what my daughter is up to on her laptop. I'm still working through the different options to get the most out of it, but overall I'm satisfied with having this tool.

This software helps me keep a better eye on what my daughter is doing when she's using her laptop. I'm still figuring out all the different features, but I'm really pleased to have it available.

The customer service experience has been awful. For the past three months I've been attempting to cancel my subscription and have tried reaching out to their team many times with no response. The issue is their system won't accept my email as a valid account. I can't in good conscience suggest Qustodio to anyone because getting out is practically impossible once you sign up.

Customer support has been really disappointing. I've been trying to get my subscription canceled for the last few months and have reached out to them several times, but they haven't responded at all. The system won't even let me cancel because their website doesn't recognize my email address in their database. I'd strongly advise staying away from Qustodio because it's nearly impossible to get out once you're signed up.

I purchased a subscription, tested it for a week or so, then realized I wanted better features. The 59.99 option wasn't sufficient, and upgrading to the 99.99 plan wasn't possible without starting over, so I canceled the first subscription thinking I'd get a refund since I barely used it. Wrong. They kept my money and now I've got nothing. I got in touch with Apple but they said policy prevents them from reversing it. I'm very frustrated and plan to share negative reviews wherever possible.

My account got automatically renewed and I ended up paying for a whole year's subscription even though we weren't going to use the service anymore.

I'm really impressed by what this app can do. It's straightforward to use, runs without problems, and clearly went through some serious development. You can tell the creators cared about making it enjoyable to use. I've really enjoyed having it and would happily recommend it to others.

I've been genuinely impressed by how well this product works. It's simple to navigate, doesn't have any performance issues, and it's obvious the company cares about making it user-friendly. Using it has been a pleasure and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone considering it.

I've been really pleasantly surprised by how well this works. The interface is straightforward, it operates without any lag, and you can see the developers put thought into every detail. The whole thing just feels polished. I'm really happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to tell others about it.
