Territory Ahead charges the most for some really questionable quality clothing these days. They market themselves as high end, but the materials clearly aren't what they used to be. I found this company decades ago when they were legitimate, and I spent thousands with them over time. Like lots of companies, their quality tanked while their prices skyrocketed. That's exactly what happened here. I was a regular buyer for a long time but cut way back a few years ago. I'm done with them completely now. The pricing is outrageous for what you actually get, and the products are made from way cheaper stuff than advertised. Items have shrunk badly, buttons come loose because of sloppy stitching, and zippers jam constantly. I phoned customer service to swap out a couple shrunken pieces and got nowhere. This company is the textbook case of an outfit that made good money, then switched to cheaper manufacturing but kept jacking up prices on mediocre stuff.

My folks got me into this company years ago when it was solid, but man have things changed. This place has totally gone downhill. The last several orders I placed never actually showed up, and their outsourced customer service team is absolutely useless. Save yourself the aggravation and the cash and look somewhere else. Don't waste your time ordering from these people.

Ordered undyed denim jeans in the exact size I wear. Had actually bought a pair from them before that fit great, so ordering again seemed like no risk. Unfortunately these were totally different even though the label said the same size. The second pair was noticeably longer, like four inches off. Bought them on clearance with no return option, so when I tried to work with customer service they gave me a really vague answer. If you order from here, be really careful about sizing because they don't seem to have consistent measurements.

Been ordering from Territory Ahead for many years now, even through the ownership transition around 2012, and generally positive. But there are definitely some issues worth mentioning. Recently bought pants that sat lower than I wanted, so I requested a return. The automated system acknowledged my request but never actually followed up with any real support to make the return happen. Luckily I found a fix with suspenders and kept them. Another frustration is how limited their inventory selection has gotten. Anything I'm actually interested in either has almost nothing left or only comes in sizes that won't work for me. I'm giving four stars because the clothes themselves are good, but honestly between the return troubles people keep posting about and the basically nonexistent selection, I probably won't be ordering much from them going forward.

Picked up three pieces: a moleskin shirt, western shirt, and hand knit wool sweater. Currently wearing both the moleskin and the wool sweater, haven't gotten to the western one yet. That wool sweater is hands down the finest I've ever owned. The moleskin shirt ranks right up there with the best shirts I've purchased anywhere. Everything about the quality was top notch. Both items fit perfectly. Delivery was lightning fast too, arrived within just a few days. As far as returns go, I've never needed to send anything back over the years, so can't speak to that process.

The pieces they sell are pricey, sure, but the quality and styles are genuinely unique and well made. I sent back three shirts back in March and it's now September and I still don't have my money back. Their customer service deserves a zero star rating. Really disappointed and frustrated about this whole situation.

Over the years we've been steady customers and bought plenty of things from them. Quality is usually pretty solid. But we received a pair of jeans with a manufacturing flaw. The fabric started falling apart right near the zipper without even going through a wash cycle. Customer service got back to me pretty quick, which was nice, but then we spent two months going back and forth with promises they'd speed things up. We're still waiting for that refund.

Disappointing products with consistent issues. As an example, the large shirts have sleeves that are way too long, like cartoonishly oversized. I reached out roughly ten times requesting a return label and got nothing. Also asked for a supervisor to get in touch multiple times with zero follow up. Just stay away from this company, don't even consider ordering.

We used to be regular customers but that's over now. Got a pair of jeans that ripped open, probably bad stitching or material quality, after wearing them just four or five times. Unfortunately it happened past their return window since these were going out pants. Called them numerous times with photos and everything, tried to escalate it, and got nothing. No refund, no help. Lost our business.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They charge your card for stuff that never actually gets sent out, then the items never come back in stock. I've been waiting for two shirts for four months now. I asked to cancel one of them two months back and still zero refund. This company is straight up stealing from customers. I got so fed up that I reported them to my bank for fraud. Do not do business with them.

My wife ordered a couple shirts for me as a Christmas gift. One arrived fine but we never heard anything about the other. After the holidays she reached out and found out they'd stopped making it and nobody bothered to let us know. The first shirt wasn't really my style anyway, so I mailed it back on January 4th. We got confirmation they got it on January 9th. Then we started waiting for the refund. And waiting. And waiting. I called customer service on February 3rd, 4th, 19th, 25th and March 3rd. Every single call meant explaining the whole thing all over again since nobody had any record. Each rep swore up and down they'd get my refund processed in three to five days, with one promising it within twenty four to forty eight hours. Should've known that was just what they tell everyone. When I finally asked for a supervisor on March 12th, I was told she was busy and would call within an hour or so. It's now been a full day and I'm still waiting for that call.

Territory Ahead used to be great, selling really nice clothing at premium prices. I've spent good money there over the years and still get compliments on my purchases. Something changed though, probably a private equity buyout or something like that, and now it feels like everything fell apart behind the scenes. The staff seems like they're trying their best, but they're basically helpless when it comes to actually solving problems. Nobody tells you about stock issues ahead of time or backorder delays, so ordering is basically a gamble on whether you'll eventually get what you paid for.

I've read a lot of negative posts about Territory Ahead, so I wanted to share my really great experience. Bought a leather jacket last fall and it's honestly the best one I've ever owned. Excellent quality all around. Yeah, it's pretty heavy, but that comes with real leather. I've ordered other items from them too, usually when things go on sale. Never needed to return anything so I can't really comment on how their returns work, but my purchases have been fantastic.

Admittedly skeptical after reading some reviews online, but since I'd purchased from them previously, I decided to give them another shot. So glad I did. Really pleased with what showed up and the items are built to last.

Top notch stuff consistently. I've been a customer for fifteen years and everything about their merchandise is fantastic. Love what they put out.
