Most of the instructional videos they have focus on their standard razor model rather than the Pro version. Also noticed the kit didn't come with any maintenance oil. They don't have a phone line for support, but they respond pretty quickly through email. Seems like a solid purchase so far.

I know several other people who've had the same terrible experience with them. Look elsewhere, there are plenty of better companies out there. I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid them. Only order from them if you're okay with potentially losing money on garbage quality merchandise.
