I placed an order in February and tried to reach out with some questions through customer service but got nothing back. I mailed the entire order back on March 6th. The tracking shows it was delivered to them but no refund ever came through. I've emailed their customer service department FIVE separate times with zero response. This feels like straight up theft to me.
