Ordered multiple pairs of jeans that didn't arrive together. Got a pair of full blue jeans in the batch. I wore them three times and washed them twice. When I put them on again, both pairs split right open next to the back right pocket, not even at the seams. The material was way too thin and flimsy. I wasn't rough with them or anything.

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered two boxes of collectible cars with specific item numbers and got 144 cars just dumped in a box, all bent up with torn hooks that were swapped for cheap plastic hangers. Plus they threw in 6 to 8 duplicates of the same vehicle. I'm really upset about this. This was my first and last time ordering from them. When I called to report the issues, they told me to email instead and somebody would get back to me eventually. Unbelievable.

Stay away from ordering from here. My package never showed up and when I tried to get help, they just ignored me completely. Do not buy from this company.

I placed an online order for some items. Never got a notification about my order details. Called the customer service number and they told me the order was incomplete. So I placed it again. Then about an hour and a half later I got an email saying the items I wanted weren't actually in stock. Why advertise stuff you don't have? That's not how you run a successful business.

Bought a Yeti cooler here for $211.88 that was originally priced at $250. I noticed the same model at other retailers for $200, so I asked about their price match policy. The manager on shift refused, claiming it was from a different manufacturer even though I showed her the exact same Yeti cooler on another website with the same color and style. She got defensive about it and walked away in front of other shoppers. On their own website, that same cooler isn't even on sale and still costs $250. Be careful about their price match guarantee claims. I ended up returning it and ordering directly from the maker for $200 with free shipping instead.

Their customer service is really something to warn people about. Stay away from this place. They make big promises but deliver absolutely nothing. I've been trying for days to get help with a warranty claim and can't get anyone to actually talk to me. They keep telling me to call back hoping someone will eventually pick up, only so I have to explain everything all over again. I called their corporate office after a week with no response and was told everyone was busy but promised they'd call me back today. Still nothing by 9:30 at night. It's clear where the staff learns this behavior from. I will never go to another location and I'm making it my mission to tell everyone I know about my experience. The only way I'm satisfied now is if they make this right and cover everything at no cost. My family went over a week without a vehicle because of this situation.

Had an amazing experience with this store. I sent them a message through their website about getting a refund on an item I bought at full price right before it went on sale. A wonderful staff member reached out to me the next day and told me they had already processed a partial refund. I'm thrilled with how they handled it. Thanks so much to the team!

My grandchildren were selecting toys for a charity drive. The box was scheduled to be picked up that Saturday and brought back later. I let them know how important it was for the kids to place their toys in the box themselves. The staff immediately got creative and made a special box just for them. We really appreciate that.
