Skip this model entirely, it's absolute garbage. The battery barely holds 20 minutes when it's supposed to go 50. The suction power is pathetic and it doesn't prevent hair wrapping at all. Emptying the bin requires shoving your hand into an impossibly tight space and wrestling out all the junk, practically dislocating your fingers in the process. It feels like cheap plastic throughout. At 100 pounds, this is money down the drain. You'd honestly get better quality ordering from a budget online shop

Ordered a vacuum with guaranteed next day delivery which never happened. Sent an email but then had to wait two business days for any response. They mentioned a possible supply issue and when I said I was canceling, they just apologized for the inconvenience without actually fixing anything. Then I got another message saying they were rushing my order through. I told them I'd already canceled twice. Next thing I know, there's an email saying delivery is on the way, a full six days late. By then I'd already bought one from Amazon that arrived in under 24 hours. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. When they finally do respond to emails, they clearly aren't actually reading what you wrote. I had to escalate to complaints before they grasped that I'd canceled the order twice and wouldn't accept any delivery.

Doesn't cover the entire floor evenly, leaves streaky patterns and misses spots. The mop sits in wet conditions on the dock which seems like poor design, especially if you have wood floors that could get damaged over time. Would have appreciated a protective panel underneath.

I bought this mainly for the free car accessory kit that was advertised. Never received it. When I asked about it, they claimed there was a website glitch and the promotion had already ended. That's not my responsibility. In my view this counts as misleading advertising. I ordered in good faith expecting to get what was listed at the time of purchase

Had to give one star since that's the minimum allowed. Ordered a new Hoover on October 9th with next day delivery promised through DPD. Got an order confirmation but then nothing happened over the weekend. Didn't hear from either Hoover or the delivery company. When I emailed customer service and even the CEO, I got silence until I requested my money back. Only then did they tell me another courier would contact me in 2 to 5 days to schedule delivery.

Still waiting for my order after over a week so I can't comment on the actual item yet. What I can tell you is the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I made a small error with my address and their courier DPD won't call me or let me fix it. I've sent multiple emails to Hoover but they don't have phone support or live chat and they seem completely unable to understand or communicate with DPD to correct the instructions. Basically if you get the address wrong when ordering from Hoover, your package is lost. I'm going to try getting my money back or I may have to escalate this further.
