The service was awful and the website isn't great either. I paid extra for rushed shipping on Tuesday morning for an event happening Saturday and was expecting it Friday. It wasn't until more than a day later I found out the package was sitting with the carrier just waiting around. Now it's been two days and it's still at their distribution center in Utah with only one day left before the deadline. There's no way that happens. They wouldn't even answer my emails after I sent several asking for help. They refused to reroute it even though that's totally possible, and they're keeping my money while providing nothing. Don't use this company.

Pretty sure there's something shady going on here. I ordered two suits, four pieces total, and had to return them because they fit badly. When the return was processed, they sent me a notice that one item wouldn't get credited back because it had two small holes and was missing padding. I never damaged anything or removed any padding. I don't even understand how I could make two perfectly round little holes inside the lining without trying. The top was oversized and stretched out. I wore it for literally maybe a minute to test it out and then packaged everything back up for return. I replied to their message twice and never heard back. They basically kept my cash and left me with nothing. Hands down the worst experience buying an expensive swimsuit ever. Avoid this place.

Really frustrated with my experience at the Salt Lake City store. I brought in a swimsuit to exchange that still had tags on it and the hygienic liner was completely intact. The condition was exactly as I received it. They told me they couldn't do the exchange because it had been past 30 days since purchase. That's just ridiculous in my opinion. I get that a full refund might not be on the table after that timeframe, but refusing to exchange it or offer store credit? That's not okay. The print is still available for sale, so it definitely should be exchangeable. I spent over $200 on this swimsuit and now it's just sitting in my closet unused. You guys could have swapped it out and resold it with zero issues, but instead everyone loses. The policy as it stands really penalizes the customer. Wanted to make sure someone knew how unsatisfied I am with how this was handled.

I rarely take the time to write reviews unless it's something exceptional worth sharing or something really bad worth warning others about. This is definitely the latter. I'm still pretty angry about what happened and I'd hate for anyone else to go through the same thing. Fair warning that these folks aren't accredited with the Better Business Bureau either. The sizing on their bathing suits is really strange. I usually wear one consistent size but both pieces I got ran way oversized on me. When I tried to exchange one piece for a smaller size, they sent me the wrong thing. I reached back out and asked them to send the correct piece instead, but then they claimed the item I returned didn't have a tag and had a bad smell, which felt pretty disrespectful honestly since I'd simply tried it on, decided it wasn't for me, and packed it up to send back right away. They said there was nothing they could do. Not even an exchange option, forget about any refund. I'm now out more than $100 with a single piece from a two piece suit that probably won't match anything else. On top of the hassle, the staff was really unprofessional about the whole thing.

The shipping process was pretty bad. My package somehow got returned to them and they had to send it again. The problem is all that extra time meant my items ended up past the return window because of their mistake. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually agreed to let me return them. Before they'd accept them back though, they required me to send pictures of everything with the tags still attached. All the pieces looked brand new since I'd only tried them on once and they didn't fit right anyway. But they refused to refund me for one item, saying there was some makeup residue on it and they couldn't resell it. I'm done ordering from them.

I've been a customer for at least three years and absolutely love their swimsuits. The quality is outstanding and the customer service team goes above and beyond. Everything arrives super quickly, including when I've needed to do exchanges. The material is thick enough that everything stays in place, and I get so many compliments whenever I wear them. Hands down my favorite brand for swimwear.

Really disappointed with my recent purchase of a couple of swimsuits. I tried them on and didn't feel good about the fit and color, so I sent them back right away. Then I got a message saying no refund because they claim the tag wasn't in the right spot and there's a tiny bit of makeup residue that means they can't resell it. I only put it on once and didn't touch the tag at all. There's barely any makeup on there honestly. They say they inspect every suit before shipping but that's clearly false since the tag was already messed up when it got to me. This was a total waste of money. Their customer service is terrible and I'll never buy from them again. Stay away.

The sizing on these clothes doesn't match what's shown. I wear a small and the size chart said that would be right for me. Once I got it, the item was way too loose and baggy. The whole sizing approach from this company feels misleading. The prices are already steep without having to deal with this complicated return process on top of it all.

I got the Maria suit about two years back and paid $138 for it. I've worn it maybe a handful of times and already the mesh part is falling apart. When I reached out to customer service they said this is just normal wear and tear. That's not true at all. It's barely been worn and I've always hand washed it carefully. I have four different suits from them at that price point and I won't be ordering from them anymore. If you're going to charge that much and then treat customers poorly, that's not how you keep loyal shoppers.

Shipping has been absolutely terrible. Based on my tracking info, they're using some kind of shipping partner and those packages just sit there for days at a time. I made 4 different orders last week and all of them have been stuck with a status saying the carrier is waiting for the item. That's been going on for 3 to 4 days now. I even had time to order a swimsuit elsewhere and actually get it before any of my orders from here have left their warehouse. At this point I'm not even sure if they'll show up. Should have checked the reviews before ordering.

Their customer service is really bad. Getting new customers takes money and effort, so it doesn't add up that they wouldn't put in the work to keep the ones they have. Go somewhere else instead.

There's no way to return items through their system. Plus the Large runs like an XL. The t-shirt that arrived was really low quality and came completely messed up in the packaging. I've sent multiple emails trying to resolve this and haven't gotten a single response. They basically took my money and that was that.

I've been trying to get someone to help me with a refund for a bathing suit that doesn't fit but can't get any help. Every time I go to submit my request with all the required information, I'm told there's no record of my purchase. This happens even when I type in my order number. Same deal when I provide my address and email. They say there's nothing on file. They essentially took $147.66 from me and are now acting like I never even shopped there.

Got this really nice XL swimsuit in the mail. Couldn't even pull it up over one leg! There's no way that's actually an XL or else their sizing system is completely messed up. The company basically said tough luck and wouldn't help me get a replacement or refund. Which is disappointing because the design really is beautiful. It won't even fit my family members who are a lot smaller. Don't waste your money here.
