Since my first ticket was already closed, I had to start over with a new one explaining everything again plus mentioning the broken form. They sent the exact same message about using the privacy channel with the same broken link, and slammed the ticket shut again in under 5 minutes without asking me anything. Eventually I got the privacy form to work and filled it out. Still waiting on any real help from that.

This whole situation made us miss out on getting a gift we needed for a holiday because I ran out of time trying to get an order through with them.
