Using Keeper helps lower my stress around password management by having one central location for everything important. I use the secure sharing feature with relatives and colleagues all the time. Auto-fill works pretty well overall, but there are times on some mobile browsers and applications where I need to do manual copy and paste instead.

Keeper takes away the stress of having to memorize passwords by keeping everything organized in one safe location. I've found it really useful for securely sharing login information with my family and buddies. The auto-fill feature works well most of the time, though there are situations on certain mobile browsers or applications where I have to manually copy the information over.

Customer service was disappointing. When I tried to use their chat feature, the verification code they sent wouldn't fit into the input area provided. I asked them to resend it but just got more image puzzles to solve with cars and motorcycles instead. Additionally, the Keeper logo sometimes covers up the fields where you need to type information.

Holds its own well compared to the other two password managers I've tested previously. Really impressed with the quality and features.

We signed up with Keeper in April 2024 to secure and distribute passwords for our small team of four people. The initial charge was reasonable at the time. But then in April, without any warning or notification, a charge of about six and a half times the original amount hit our account. They told us we had agreed to auto-renewal, which I have no recollection of, and said there was nothing they could do to reverse it. Asking for help with managing four people's passwords doesn't justify a fee that high. The help desk wasn't responsive or understanding at all. If you're thinking about using Keeper, go through the terms and conditions very carefully. This experience has created real problems for our business.

Love how simple it is to generate strong passwords and apply them across all my different accounts. Plus it's been fantastic for securely storing payment card details and keeping digital copies of important documents.

This is a trustworthy and secure application that I've been running on Mac, iPhone, and Windows without any hiccups. Everything syncs instantly across all my devices. Super user friendly with two-factor authentication available. One of my favorite things is being able to back up my information to a file. The customer support team really impressed me with how responsive they were!

Keeper really went above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of user experience. The simplicity of use has been super important to me, and it definitely delivers. I'm really happy with how straightforward the password generator is. The design looks clean and professional, and the way it works with Apple's iOS is fantastic. Filling in passwords happens seamlessly without bouncing between different apps. When I do need it, the copy and paste option works really well too. The two-factor authentication adds that extra security layer that I appreciate. One thing that could use some work is the mobile app's password generator customization. On the website version, you get way more options, but the mobile app doesn't have the same flexibility. This means I sometimes have to create passwords on the website first since the mobile generator is limited. Still, overall you guys are doing great and I'm excited to see what improvements are coming down the line.

Simply the best out there. The way all my devices talk to each other is really impressive.

This is exactly what we've been looking for. Works perfectly on phones, computers, and within the browser. I can't imagine going back!
