The hair feels like low quality material treated with some kind of coating that makes it basically unwearable after the first application. Month one was fine, but after I used them the second time they got really gross. I need tons of conditioner and deep conditioning masks just to detangle them when I wash, and even professional salon treatments haven't helped. I don't believe these are actually real hair with intact cuticles. As a stylist myself I know how to care for quality hair properly. I have excellent professional products for damaged strands. The only reason I'm giving three stars is Amanda was really great at helping me pick the right color. But for this price point I definitely expected much better quality. Also, one of the three packs came up short on weight and had noticeably less hair than advertised.
