Worst customer service ever. Needed a battery cover for my 2022 tile pro and good luck with that. Could only communicate through their useless chat. Bought directly from their website and got my order no problem. Activated the devices fine but then needed an invoice which should be simple for any normal company. Called customer care and they couldn't find my order even though I gave them my email confirmation. Then they tell me it was shipped by digital river which is weird since I got my confirmation straight from tile. They just left me hanging with an email to digital river but I doubt that'll help. Something's off with their supply chain or they don't want to provide an invoice even though that should be required.

Months have passed and I don't have the receipt anymore. They keep insisting it's not their responsibility and won't give me my money back. The company behind it is based out of the Netherlands and didn't mention that when I ordered, so I got hit with a customs bill that bumped my total price up by a third. If I'd known I would've ordered from a local shop instead, which is probably why they keep quiet about it. People also report in the app store that you don't even get replacement batteries with the premium plan in Switzerland which makes sense if they don't have local support. Swiss buyers should check the subscription limits before spending money. Plus you need different login info which is annoying.
