When I peeled back the strip on the card to reveal the number, some of the digits came off with it. I tried calling their support line several times, but kept running into issues because they wanted my full card number just to help me. I sent multiple emails through the website contact form but never got a response back. I also tried their chat feature more than once and waited 20 minutes without connecting to a real person. Come on, is this the kind of service you want customers to have? I have the original receipt as proof, so I feel like this should be fixable if someone would actually listen. My family member essentially threw away their money as far as I'm concerned.

I ran into a problem with a $500 gift card I bought. I phoned them up, explained what went wrong, and they took care of it right away by sending me a replacement card in the mail.

I ordered three $250 digital gift cards on 11/29 and got the links pretty quickly. Two worked fine, but the third one kept giving me an error 400 message no matter which device or browser I used, and I tried several different ones across multiple internet connections. I looked at the link code carefully and couldn't spot any obvious mistakes like a missing period or anything. When I called Spafinder to report the issue, their customer service reps kept sending me the same broken link over and over even though I explained the problem wasn't on my end. This is my fourth time waiting on hold while my wife needs the card tomorrow. If they just resend the same link again, I'm going to dispute the $250 charge with my credit card. I get that companies need to cut costs, but bad customer service like this will eventually destroy the business. 12/3 Update: I sent them more details and haven't heard back since. My last support call ended the same way with them resending that same bad link.

The customer service at Spa Finder falls far short of what you'd expect. The website doesn't give you an easy way to check your gift card balance, and trying to reach someone for support or to buy another card is really frustrating and sometimes impossible.

There aren't any spas participating in the program near where I live. They refuse to give me my money back. I gave the card to a friend as a gift, but no spas were operating near her either, so I ended up paying her myself and took the card back. Now I'm stuck with it because I can't find any active participating locations or service providers in my area.

The therapist let me experience cupping at no charge, and wow did that leave some serious marks all over my back! So yeah, 2 out of 10 for that treatment but the rest was fantastic! Still, I'm glad I got to try it for free because I definitely won't be doing that one again lol
