This is hands down the best investment I've made for self-care! I struggled with awful night sweats for over half a year. This might be one of the greatest inventions I've ever come across! It's basically a fan that pumps warm air right into your bed, and I absolutely adore it. I'm falling asleep faster and feeling so cozy and comfortable. The warmth combined with that soft white noise is wonderful. Plus, it's way safer than sleeping on top of an electric blanket with all its electromagnetic radiation. Everything about it is fantastic - the remote, the timer, super straightforward to set up.
