I bought two pillows and their policy allows a 30 day return, so I tried to get return labels since I ordered through their website. For two weeks I've been trying to contact customer service with zero luck. Emails go unanswered, calls put you on hold for an hour before disconnecting, and when you ask for a callback nobody ever calls. The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. On top of that the pillows themselves are uncomfortable. I won't be ordering again.

My husband and I purchased the Wave Hybrid mattress back in 2020 for a lot of money because the marketing made it sound incredible. That price tag was steep but we were hopeful. We got it in mid June and left town for a couple months. When we finally slept on it we realized it was messing with our backs big time, and by then the return window had closed. Now five years later we're both suffering. My husband barely sleeps five hours a night and my hips are completely misaligned, giving me sciatica pain. Save yourself the money and the pain. These mattresses are not worth it.

I purchased it when they were operating locally, but they've pulled out of the region so now any warranty claims have to go through international support which moves at a snail's pace. I've waited weeks between responses and constantly had to follow up on my own. Since they're no longer here, they won't pick it up to examine it themselves, so everything has been through photos and emails. They kept asking me to show the sag in pictures, which is hard to do when you're not lying on it. They had me jumping through ridiculous hoops like putting dumbbells on it to prove the problem, which meant I had to buy equipment I didn't have. After eight months of back and forth emails with two different people, they finally said there's no actual defect. How could they possibly determine that from just photos and messages when the pictures are so hard to get right in the first place? And because they left the market, they won't help by taking the mattress back.

We've had this mattress just over a year and it's been a nightmare. The surface is uneven now, higher at the head, dips down at the shoulders, and goes up again toward the middle. It's probably the most uncomfortable thing we've ever slept on so we're tossing it. Customer support was nice but basically told us the warranty only covers at least an inch of indentation, which is nearly impossible to document with photos since the whole thing is made of cheap foam. Don't waste your money on this.

I was pumped to order a Casper mattress. Their site showed it in stock and ready to go. I placed my order and got charged immediately. Now it's been ten days and customer service keeps telling me it's backordered with no timeline on when I'll get it, which is not the experience you want after they've taken three grand from your account. Weirdly, the website still says it's in stock but support keeps using the backorder excuse.
