Got a shock from the lightbulb placement on this warmer. Really unsafe design.

The wax warmers look really nice, but the wax itself doesn't put out a strong scent. I've tried different fragrances and most of them are pretty mild. The only ones with decent scent throw were the holiday ones, and they're pricey too.

I have the baby grand piano warmer and it started sparking near the cord connection where the bulb mechanism is, which was really scary. Since they advertise a lifetime warranty, I called expecting a replacement, but they only offered me a $35 credit toward a different warmer. The thing is, prices have gone up since I originally bought mine, so I'd have to pay the difference. I thought lifetime warranty meant they'd replace my broken warmer at no cost, not charge me extra. Plus I still have to ship the old one back. This feels like a huge letdown.

The wax melts smell amazing the first time you put them in the warmer, but that smell is gone in about six to ten hours. The electric warmers are problematic too, with bulbs constantly burning out and the whole unit stopping working after a while. I'd honestly go back to using tea lights instead. Overall, I'm really let down by both the wax quality and how the company treats customers.

Scentsy was closed for the holidays, so it wasn't until the new year that we could sort it out. Since that model wasn't available anymore, they said I could pick something else up to the same value. I grabbed a smaller warmer and a body mist to match that amount exactly. Now they're changing their story and saying I can only swap it for another wall fan diffuser at that price, which they don't even stock. I have to send the original back, and my consultant gets a credit. They're being unreasonable and not honoring what they claim about their warranty.

Nearly three weeks passed and still no replacement. I won't recommend them and I'm done buying from them.

Really frustrated with Scentsy right now. My package got stolen off my porch and the company flat out refused to replace it, telling me I need to file a police report instead. It was only a forty dollar order. I don't get why a big established company like this can't just reship it. Other companies I've worked with have no problem replacing stolen orders for their customers. Instead of helping me out, they made me feel worse about the whole situation. I won't be ordering from them again.

I spent a lot on an Angel Wing warmer back in December. Within three months it completely stopped working, and it wasn't just the bulb. When I reached out to customer service they didn't care much. I bought it from a consultant on a marketplace and she couldn't do anything since the platform wouldn't let us share contact info. Total waste of money. Won't buy from them ever again. There are way too many consultants out there, especially on social media, and most of them aren't helpful at all.

The sales reps are way too pushy and use scare tactics to pressure you. They bully you and try to make you feel threatened. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with this company and I'm completely done.
