Instead, it sat at the Memphis facility until the 8th, then got sent all the way to Salt Lake City. Nothing about this makes sense. This is the kind of service that kills businesses. I won't give you my business again. I'll be shopping at Sephora or Ulta from now on.

The packaging is so gorgeous! My order showed up in just two days which was amazing. The box itself is stunning with vibrant colors, a pretty pink design, and beautiful red roses with green leaves. I grabbed the Diamond Dew eyeshadow and it's such a nice shade. The bottle design is really cool too! My only issue is that it's not waterproof, which is a bummer for something this pretty. It would be great if they made this glitter shadow waterproof so it lasts through a hot day.
