My luggage came off the flight muddy and damaged. They offered me 50 euros in compensation for a bag worth 500 euros, and I never even received that small amount. By the time you add it all up, what seemed like a cheap ticket turned into a 570 euro loss. I won't be flying with them again.

On our flight to Barcelona for a cruise, something absolutely disgusting happened. My son's girlfriend got sick during the flight and reached for the air sickness bag in front of her seat. To our horror, it already had vomit in it from a previous passenger! The mess ended up all over her clothing, skin, the seat, and floor. This is unacceptable and a serious health hazard. How was this aircraft allowed to fly in that condition? Why wasn't it properly cleaned? The crew didn't know what to do. We found her an empty seat, but she had to keep wearing her soiled shirt for the rest of the flight until she could shower hours later at the hotel. She was really shaken up afterward, understandably. A biohazard like this never should have happened to any passenger.

Serious warning: this airline routinely overbooks flights as standard practice. I had a reservation from Brussels to Barcelona, but when I arrived at the airport to check in, I was told the flight was overbooked. No apology, no explanation given. I was told to either accept a refund or take a different flight departing 9 hours later with no seat guarantee. I later discovered they had intentionally sold 6 extra tickets knowing some passengers might miss their flights. This wasn't communicated beforehand, and they showed zero concern for the passengers affected. This was my only flight with them and definitely my last. If you value stress-free travel, pick a different carrier that actually values their customers.

This airline offers some of the worst customer support I've encountered, right up there with certain other budget carriers known for hanging up on you. What really bothered me was that they refused to provide flight data I requested, which violates data privacy regulations. It's disappointing to work with a company that shows no interest in improving their service or following regulations.

Can't say this is a good airline at all. The crew members displayed racist and antisemitic behavior, making passengers of color feel unwelcome right from the start. The staff seemed bothered by customers of different backgrounds and handled them poorly. I would not recommend this airline to anybody.

This has been the worst airline experience I've had. The flight attendants showed discriminatory attitudes toward Black passengers at check-in. They appeared unhappy to serve people and treated them poorly. I strongly advise against booking with this airline and won't recommend them to anyone else.

This airline really disappointed us. We had prepaid for 4 checked bags at 25 kilograms maximum per bag. They only accepted one bag that was 19 kilograms. Our other three bags were each 22 kilograms with no weight issue, but they were rejected for supposedly being the wrong shape. I've seen a lot, but this was ridiculous. We got charged an additional 180 euros for bags we'd already paid for when booking.

Don't book with them. Pay extra and fly with a reputable airline instead. They cancelled my flight and then told me to take a connecting flight instead, adding 7 hours to my trip. Now they're refusing to give me a refund. Spend the money on a real airline. Trust me on this one.

I've had better customer service from far too many airlines to consider this one acceptable. I booked what was supposed to be a direct flight, but they switched me to a route with a connection and a long layover. This made me arrive 3 hours later than expected, which messed up my connecting travel plans. Their website wasn't working when I tried to find alternatives, and calling them was useless. I got unhelpful automated messages and couldn't reach an actual person. I've requested a refund, received an email asking me to contact them, but when I called back, the same issue happened. I sent another email and complained to their customer service team. I'm not confident they'll actually process my refund. Here's what happened: my original flight at 4 PM was still scheduled and available, but they moved our group to an 11 PM departure with no explanation. It feels like they did this intentionally to squeeze more money out of us since we'd booked early at a discounted rate. Stay away from this airline.

I have nothing negative to say about my experience with them. I flew from Birmingham to Barcelona and the staff was wonderful, the plane was comfortable and immaculate, and the pilot gave regular updates throughout the flight. I also appreciated the option of 15 minutes free WiFi or 7 pounds for WiFi for the entire flight, which seems reasonable. I'd definitely fly with them again.
