Unfortunately, this Neck and Chest Rejuvenating Mask started having wiring problems after just 5 months. When I asked for a refund, the company refused to help me even though they advertise a 12 month guarantee. I didn't want a replacement because I was worried the wiring issue could potentially be a fire hazard. It seems like their customer service knew about these defects but kept selling it anyway.

I have to say their customer service really dropped the ball this time around. My Neck and Chest serum arrived with a broken cap. After I called and sent them a photo, the representative said he'd send me a replacement and a return label, but told me to wait until I got the new one before sending back the broken bottle. That replacement never showed up. I tried reaching out multiple times and couldn't get anyone to respond. I've been a loyal customer with 4 devices and they've always been helpful, so this was disappointing.
