Unacceptable service! Bad experience overall! I paid for and booked a European flight six months in advance. With just eight weeks to go, they cancelled it with no explanation whatsoever. Finding replacement flights at such short notice has cost substantially more through another airline.

Disappointing experience! Unbelievable company! I booked and paid for a trip to Europe half a year before departure. Then just 8 weeks out, they cancelled with zero explanation. Now I'm stuck scrambling to find last-minute flights at much higher prices through a different airline.

I had been a regular customer for many years until this incident. When we found ourselves stranded, the airline's personnel at the counter assured us we'd get back our money plus compensation for the extra costs we'd face finding our own way home. They didn't keep that promise. Their behavior toward us while we were in such a difficult position was shameful. I've reached out repeatedly with receipts and documentation of what they promised, but they ignore every message. I won't be returning to this airline under any circumstances. While circumstances beyond their control caused the issue, how they responded to unhappy customers was absolutely within their control. This deserves a strong warning: when everything is fine they're acceptable, but when situations deteriorate, even one star feels too generous.

I'd been flying with them consistently for years, but that all changed. When things went wrong and we got stuck, ground personnel told us we'd be reimbursed for the cancelled flight plus whatever extra costs we'd have to cover to arrange alternative travel. That turned out to be a lie. Their handling of the situation was truly awful when we were vulnerable and needed help. I've sent numerous messages to their support team with all my receipts and documents explaining the promises made to us, but they won't respond. I'm finished with this airline for good. Obviously the world situation was beyond their control, but how they treated customers when problems arose absolutely wasn't. Fair warning to everyone: they might seem okay when nothing goes wrong, but when it does, one star is actually being way too generous.

Being a Gold Privilege member meant absolutely nothing when they pulled the plug on my flight suddenly. Deleting the reservation from the app without notice was unacceptable. Their customer service was completely inadequate and hard to reach. I'm glad Emirates was available to get me to my destination.

My status as a Gold member got me nothing, so they've lost me for good. They cancelled out of nowhere and just removed it from my app. Their support was atrocious, really nonexistent. Fortunately Emirates was able to help me get home.

One star doesn't even begin to cover this disaster. Our flight back to Europe from Tokyo got suddenly cancelled without warning. I get that airspace closures happen sometimes, but the way Qatar Airways completely ghosted us was inexcusable. They didn't meet their responsibility to help passengers find new flights. My wife and I ended up stranded in Japan with absolutely nowhere to turn. The booking agency said they couldn't rebook us without approval from the airline, but the airline was nowhere to be found. Zero communications, zero options, and nobody would lift a finger to help. We had to scramble and buy expensive tickets on Emirates just to get out of the country. On top of that we paid for extra hotel stays and meals ourselves. Sure, they're probably fine when everything runs smoothly. But the real measure of an airline is what happens when things fall apart. Qatar Airways dropped the ball completely, leaving passengers stranded with zero support. I've filed claims with my credit card company and am looking into legal options to recover what we lost. I won't be flying with them again.

After more than two decades of traveling the world, I've never come across service like what I got at the Qatar counter in terminal B at Doha. Russell, you absolutely made my day. Outstanding work. Your professionalism and positive attitude are what keeps me loyal to Qatar Airways. I'll definitely book with you again. On a more recent flight I had an unfortunate incident where a crew member spilled tea and soda on me twice during the same flight, which wasn't great. But finding people like you, who go above and beyond, is exactly why I'll continue choosing QATAR. Five stars! Russel - genuinely appreciate your service.

Had a wonderful trip from Hanoi to Doha. The staff were really professional and delivered excellent customer care even in the regular cabin - definitely planning to fly with them next time. Special shout out to the manager for his outstanding help.

The actual flight was fantastic - nothing bad to say about the crew, food, or onboard experience. But then I accidentally left my purse on the plane. Since then I've been fighting an uphill battle trying to track it down. Customer service sent one email asking for details I'd already provided, and their lost items online form is pretty useless. You enter your flight info and the system just stops working. Two months later and I still don't know what happened to my stuff or if I'll ever see it again.

Consistently impressed by this carrier. Every plane is neat, well cared for, and designed for passenger comfort with thoughtful amenities. The in-flight entertainment keeps you engaged and the meals plus beverages hit the spot. You also get to use their hub airport which is world class. Another nice touch is the really effective toothbrushes they hand out - I was impressed enough to grab a couple extra for home.

Really impressed with everything about this airline. The planes are always spotless and well maintained with extra touches for passenger comfort. Entertainment screens keep you occupied, and the meals and drinks are genuinely good. Plus you fly through one of the world's nicest airports. They even give you premium toothbrushes that actually work great - I grabbed extra packs to take home.

We make the trip to Australia on their flights twice yearly and it's consistently excellent. Every flight has been wonderful with a crew that's genuinely professional and warm. During our last trip, crew member Ejaz really stood out by going the extra mile with incredibly thoughtful service. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and he was particularly great at keeping our kids entertained the whole way through. He's exactly the kind of person Qatar Airways should be proud to have on their team.
