Placed an order for a sports watch on a Tuesday and went with express delivery, expecting to receive it by Thursday as a birthday gift for my son. I got the order confirmation but then nothing else until Thursday morning when they emailed me saying the order was cancelled out of nowhere due to lack of inventory. No heads up beforehand, no apology, and they didn't even try to suggest an alternative. Finding out about a cancellation the same day it was supposed to arrive is completely unacceptable and shows poor handling on their part. They should have caught the stock problem way before and let me know. Really disappointed and frustrated. This experience has soured me on the company and I won't be going back or telling others to shop there.

My engagement ring developed a problem after about a year and a half of wearing it. I brought it into the store for repairs and the person who helped me was quite unkind. They also noted the ring as being older than it actually is. The ring was shipped off for an evaluation, and now they're telling me the cost to fix it even though this is clearly a defect from manufacturing. I've tried reaching out through email support but they keep giving me wrong information and broken promises. It's been two weeks with no response now. I just want my beautiful ring repaired, but instead I'm dealing with basically no communication or care from them. Planning to escalate this further. They're happy to take your money upfront but don't seem to want to help their loyal customers when there's a problem.
