The only solution they offered was to place a new order and pay again then have the recipients return duplicates if they ended up getting both. Not acceptable at all. I won't be ordering gifts from here again.
This discount promotion is a scam. They advertise spin to win with up to fifteen percent off but the maximum discount they actually give is fifty dollars no matter how much you're spending. In my situation that only came out to nine percent off. I'm not coming back to shop here again because they're straight up lying to customers about their deals.
Really miss the old show hosts. That was honestly one of the main reasons I tuned in regularly. It's just not the same anymore without them. Even the models have changed and I'm noticing they lost some of the ones I enjoyed. The new host talks way more than necessary. It's disappointing to watch the show decline like this especially since they moved to a new location.
I would give this zero stars if I could. Ordered three Concierge mattress toppers and when I opened the first one it was covered in yellow stains. Absolutely disgusted. The customer service rep said to get a refund I'd have to send them back. They were nice enough to waive the return shipping fee. But they won't arrange for UPS to pick them up and won't set up a postal service pickup either. Somehow it's my problem to haul three massive filthy full size mattress toppers to the UPS store myself. Never ordering here again and I'd tell everyone else the same. It's gross that they'd resell used bedding. I plan to report this to the health department and the Better Business Bureau. The representatives barely apologized and offered absolutely zero compensation. Really terrible.
It's fine to sell products but when you leave out important details about what customers are actually getting you're being misleading. This happened again with the Ring Doorbell where they didn't mention that the free trial is only two weeks before you need to pay for a subscription. Same thing with the HP Laptop where they list all these features but don't tell you about the subscription costs involved. I've purchased both and now I'm stuck paying way more than I expected. Because of this I cut up my store card and even blocked both channels on my TV and computer. If you've had similar experiences with their customer service you might want to do the same because it feels much better.
I've been a longtime customer here. Recently I wanted to order some vitamins I really love but the total came to about one hundred forty dollars so I decided to apply for their credit card since it was offering sixty dollars just for signing up. It was such a terrible experience. Really horrible. I'm not even sure why they rejected me since my credit is excellent. When I first checked on my application status it said I was pending and they transferred me to someone higher up. That whole situation was so frustrating and didn't help. When I called back I found out I'd been denied. It's really unfortunate because I do like the products but their credit card company is just awful. I wouldn't tell anyone to apply for that card.
Had a problem with something I bought through them and the original provider wouldn't help. Reached out to the company and they jumped right in and solved it fast. From my purchase date the service provider stayed in touch with me directly. Unfortunately the quality of what they returned to me was really poor. Didn't seem like they checked their own work or made sure things were done right before shipping it back. I filed a complaint and ended up having most of the work redone by someone else. I even set up a cloud folder with samples of the correct work so they could compare it to theirs but they still said no refund. When I pushed back with my documentation they just kept saying they couldn't refund me. They offered future credit instead which makes zero sense why I'd ever use them again after that. The company however did step in and fix everything for me. Thanks for the excellent service and making this right. Five stars and beyond.
Placed an order for a craft scoring board on May 22nd and as of June 6th it still hasn't left the warehouse. Checked my order status and it just says packaging. Called customer service to cancel but they told me that once something is in packaging they can't cancel it and that it might go out today. Ten days just sitting there getting packed? Feels like they only have one person working in their fulfillment center.

Had a really bad experience with them. I called to place an order and gave them my bank card information. The rep asked if I wanted to sign up for their credit card but apparently didn't get my address correctly. Instead of charging my bank card they applied everything to their credit card which I never authorized. They couldn't reach me because they had the wrong contact info and ended up selling my debt to a collection agency. When I tried to explain that this was a mistake and should have been on my bank card they wouldn't listen. I had to pay over a hundred dollars more than what I actually owed because they wouldn't address the dispute properly. Be super careful with how you give your payment information to them.
Getting refunds on returns takes forever and then on top of that you still have to pay to ship things back. Plus everything costs way too much to begin with. Their customer service team is also not helpful at all.
Sent back a broken steam mop using their prepaid label but it took me three months and more than twenty phone calls just to get the label in the first place. Dropped it off at UPS and got a forty dollar credit for the first payment and taxes. But two months later I'm still being charged monthly payments. Called customer service and they claimed they had no record of receiving it. But how would they have given me credit if they didn't receive it? They refused to stop the billing. Now I've paid for two steam mops but only have one. This company is absolutely horrible and their customer service is the worst.
Absolutely terrible experience trying to shop here. I tried placing an order four different times but every time I got an error saying something went wrong and my card was declined even though my card information was correct. The system tells me to review my card and CVV but there's no actual place where I can check or fix that information. Why would the site create an error based on CVV issues but then not give customers a way to correct it? Makes no sense.
